Here you live rural next to the lake and nature but with short distances to Stockholm. Parking for one car available. In about 40 minutes you can get to central Stockholm. You can easily get to Stockholm in about 25 minutes, which makes the cottage perfect for both relaxation, walks by the water and a weekend in town with family or friends.

Magasinet in Tuna, has finally come back to life! Newly renovated and furnished to offer cozy accommodation in the countryside. Come for a long weekend with friends, cook around the kitchen island or book a private dinner in the "Gårdshuset." Villa Kruthuset is a newly built vacation home (2023+2026) with a personal touch and a unique, secluded location for meetings & gatherings. Located in the outer archipelago and Femöre Nature Reserve with the possibility of both an active stay and time for relaxation. Enjoy a sauna, kayak trip, or cook together. There is plenty of space for socializing and wonderful dinners, as well as the opportunity to close the door behind you (9 bedrooms - 10 beds including bed linens and towels).

Living room with a large sofa, fireplace, kitchen island with 5 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and a sauna. A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

Lantliv x Hidhem – cozy cottage in a rural setting

Welcome to ♡ LANTLIV x Hidhem ♡ – a relaxed cottage for slow living in the countryside. Stay in a village in Sörmland near flea markets, farm cafés and beautiful nature. The cottage dates back to the 18th century, red with white knots, and is located next to my house with a lush garden. Private shower/toilet, free coffee and tea, patio with barbecue grill and full kitchen with dishwasher. Close to Trosa, Nyköping, Nynäs Castle and Stendörrens Nature Reserve. Note: low doorways.

Year-round accommodation, 40m2 built in 2016 with all the amenities you could wish for. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, and more. Cosy cottage, 150m to private jetty. Option to hire the floating sauna with roof terrace and lounge area for an additional fee. Short trips on the lake can also be arranged (weather dependent). Activities available by request: fishing, paddle board, water skiing, kayaking, sailing. The cottage is set in Rävsta nature reserve, 4km from historic town of Sigtuna, easily reached by bicycle or short walk. The airport is conveniently only 20 mins and Stockholm City, 40 mins.

Genuine Swedish cottage

This little cottage (stuga) is next to our main house close to the center of Södertälje. It is built 1847 but with modern facilities. There is only one room, it has a sofa bed and a simple extra bed. There is central heating + a heater. The kitchen includes a microwave, a small stove and fridge/freezer. You have your independence, but we are at hand if you should need anything. In the summer you can sit out in the garden and enjoy the sun.
