Huset är byggt för att få er att känna att ni är mitt i naturen fast inomhus. Ta gärna skogsvandringar i närområdet. Till huset tar ni er med fördel med motorbåten med en 4 hp roddbåt, som ingår, då det är ca 500m skogspromenad genom skogen från parkeringen. På vintern går ni genom skogen om båten inte ligger i vattnet.

die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung und den Bildern. es war schön warm, alles war vorhanden was wir gebraucht Haben, die Unterkunft hat den Zweck unseres Aufenthaltes in Södertälje komplett erfüllt.

We had the most amazing Easter break at Umberto’s Landet! The place itself is a beautiful piece of architectural art in very calm and zen surroundings. We found that Trosa (the village nearby) exceeded our expectations with its cafés and restaurants not to mention the pictoresque houses alongside the river. Umberto was the most welcoming host and we look forward to returning in the summer.

Sehr schöne, moderne Unterkunft, in der man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Optimale Lage um Stockholm zu erkunden und zudem eine ruhige Umgebung zu genießen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und hat immer schnell auf alle Wünsche und Anfragen reagiert. Besonders hervorzuheben sind das tolle Bad mit japanischer Toilette und Regendusche sowie der gemütliche Kamin im Wohnzimmer, der sofort zu einer Wohlfühlatmosphäre beiträgt. Wir waren im Winter da, würden die Unterkunft aber auch gerne mal für den Sommer buchen um den anliegenden See und die schöne Terrasse nutzen zu können.

I had a fantastic stay with friends at Moa’s house. The place was clean, comfortable and perfect location, Moa was very friendly and responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. We really appreciated the sauna next to the water. I would absolutely stay here again.

Otroligt charmigt och rymligt hus i en vacker trädgård med egen brygga vid kanalen. Gångavstånd till centrum och hamn. Till och med finare än på bilderna. Allt som behövdes och lite till fanns i huset. Punchverandan var ett överraskande användbart sällskapsrum som rymde hela vårt sällskap på 7 personer. Fantastiska vandringsleder längs havet i närheten. Värdarna var hjälpsamma med lokala sevärdheter som gjorde vår vistelse ännu bättre. Vi hade det fantastisk och är jättenöjda. /Sofia

Der Aufenthalt war mehr als zufriedenstellend. Nicht nur die Lage des Grundstücks, sondern auch der Ausblick und die kreative und durchdachte Anordnung der kleinen Häuser, hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben und alles wurde uns herzlich gezeigt vom Gastgeber. Sogar ein paar Utensilien zum kochen, spielen und wohlfühlen wurden uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Bei jeglichen Fragen konnten wir uns umgehend an den Gastgeber wenden und es wurde schnellstens geantwortet. Auch die Nachbarn waren sehr freundlich und alles lieb unproblematisch ab. Die Unterkunft überzeugt durch den privaten Steg und Strand und durch die ganze besondere Lage hebt sie sich von allen anderen Häusern in der Umgebung ab. In unter einer Stunde ist Stockholm problemlos erreichbar und auch Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Abschließend können wir sagen, dass wir wunschlos glücklich waren und die Unterkunft und der herzliche und familiäre Gastgeber mehr als zu empfehlen sind!

Beautiful and peaceful location. Had a lovely stay and would highly recommend - the terrace was perfect for lounging in the sun and the property is fenced in so it’s an awesome spot for the dog to run free!

Vi var ett sällskap som hade en trevlig helg. Boendet är enkelt, rena sängkläder och välrustat kök för en helg. Nära till matbutiker och fin omgivning. Hans var trevlig och kommunikativ. Träden som hänger över bilvägen precis utanför huset skulle behöva klippas ner då vi tyvärr fick repor på bilen.
