The property is located on the 7th floor of a high rise and has a private entry for an undisturbed stay. Please note that the elevator goes up to level 6, and thereafter there is a flight of stairs to level 7. Walking distance to Medborgarplatsen, shopping, restaurants, bars and a wide variety of activities. The accommodation is perfect for those who want to experience Stockholm in the best possible way!

Completely renovated and recently furnished! Warm welcome to this little gem on Södermalm with fantastic balcony facing the courtyard! It is a one-bedroom apartment with kitchenette and nicely located balcony facing south towards the courtyard. Bed of 160 cm and sofa bed. The apartment is centrally yet quiet, and only a stone's throw from SoFo's charming quarters. In the area there are beautiful Vitabergsparken but also some of Stockholm's best restaurants and charming bar paths.

Welcome home!. We have many books, art on the walls and a piano. One of the nicest parts of Stockholm. Around the corner you can find old wooden houses, many coffeehouse (Il Café, Kafferang ...) and restaurants (Folii) and the lovely park on the “White hill”. A short stroll to a magnificent view over the city. It's quite and safe in here and easy to walk everywhere, or take the blue buss (2) to the city center. Vibrant neighbourhood in the heart of popular Södermalm. Safe street and calm building with nice neighbours. The apartment serves just as well for smaller families as well as a group of friends. Everything you need just around the corner - museums, bars, amazing views, second hand stores, popular restaurants and Stockholms most popular club (Trädgården) a walk or bike ride away. UPDATE (25 mar, 2024) I have bought a new sofa (bed sofa). The new one is dark gray.

This was by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed! It felt so homely, with a perfect location. The beautiful artwork and lovely plants really made it a true home away from home. If you’re looking for an amazing Airbnb in Stockholm, this is the one to choose. Katilina was an exceptional host, super responsive and incredibly helpful. Our stay in Stockholm was unforgettable, and this place played a huge part in making it so memorable.
