Awesome place! Very beautiful and pleasant, area with waterfall, viewpoint, lake and trails, you can really feel in contact with nature. The house is a very beautiful and cozy differentiator, with a lot of attraction to details that sweat care and coziness. In short, we highly recommend we hope to return soon.

The extremely pleasant place. The very large space and separate the leisure area of the main rooms providing greater comfort. The jacuzzi in perfect condition and great for relaxing, especially the night in the cold of the mountain! The housekeeper always on standby to help with whatever it takes. I really enjoyed 👏🏻👏🏻

Great stay, comfortable and well located. Friendly and proactive building staff. Clean apartment with great amenities such as a swimming pool, co-working rooms, mini supermarket. The only point to be highlighted is that a building is being built in front of the apartment and at times the noise can be a nuisance, but the apartment is well sealed against external noise and the construction only takes place during business hours. In addition, only compliments! I will definitely be back.

Great apartment, optimized space and very good structure, with a grocery store in the building, great location... you can walk to the mall by crossing the gas station, which brings “security”, I thought it was great!

I stayed 33 days in Mr.'s apartment Donizete, I went to study. Donizete was always helpful and willing to help, and even received my order from the post office. The location is excellent, there are markets nearby, close to the historic center and close to the university, which was the most important for me. There is a huge building being built in front, so during the week, there is a lot of noise that should be considered if you go to study, for example. The beds are comfortable and the apartment is spacious. The air conditioner works perfectly. The kitchen offers a good stove, and a great refrigerator too. I missed some pots/refractory materials that would help in organizing supplies, considering the time I stayed. A bucket for mopping and/or washing clothes is also interesting. The microwave in the photos is no longer in the house. I believe the stay would be even more comfortable with a sofa. Remember that these observations are for long-term stays. I recommend it and I intend to come back! 😄

the best place to stay in Sobral, especially if you're traveling alone. The place is quiet, has great landmarks and, although it is away from the center, it compensates the travel costs

The accommodations are better than in the photos, full kitchen, comfortable room, in the city center, I didn't need to travel by car, because everything was close, hospital, snack bars, restaurants, shops, the wonderful host, always kind and attentive to what I needed, I recommend it and I will definitely return
