We are a 3 block walk from the Whitewater Park and River Greenbelt with world class surfing, paddle board tournaments, fishing, restaurants, wineries and walking trails. Our "Magic Water House" is located near Miracle and Banbury Hot Springs. Enjoy soaking in your own year-round private geothermal pool right outside your back door! Also enjoy the beauties of the Hagerman Valley, Thousand Springs, Salmon Falls Creek, Balanced Rock, golf, fishing, hiking, kayaking, rafting, & year round swimming! NOTE: Home is 10 miles from town, private, but you will sometimes hear traffic on Hwy 30. Please do not book if this issue might affect the location rating you give.

Leave the city behind and enjoy the beautiful scenic views as you relax in the heated geothermal pool. There is room for everyone with 1 king & 5 queen beds, a twin bed and a sleeper sofa. When you come in on the ground floor you will see the beautiful log staircase and dry pond. Head up the majestic log spiraling staircase and the first sight you will see is the custom kitchen. The heated geothermal floors will keep you cozy and warm. Stargazing for hours on clear nights! One hour from Boise!

During summer months, you're also welcome to take a dip in the community pool!

Double J&D Historic Hot Spring Ranch

Soak in the South Fork of the Payette River's largest odorless hot spring with NO shared spaces. A two room bungalow awaits with one bedroom, living room futon, dining room table, frig, microwave, coffee maker, & flat screen TV. Your private bathroom is a short walk away, steps from the pool. TINY DRY CABIN @ Teton Valley Resort

Note: A dry cabin is called such because it does not have plumbing. Dog Friendly, a pet fee will be charged upon arrival. $25 per night per pet. 2 dogs max. This is just a Dog-Friendly space; no other animals are permitted. The Dry Studio Queen Cabin has one queen bed and sports a rustic minimalist design. Each cabin has a small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and table. While there is no running water inside of the cabin, all dry cabins are located near bathrooms with showers.

Glamping on the River!

Camp in style right on the river! Sleeps 4. 1 bdrm /1bath all amenities included. Slide your kayak right into the river from your site. Everything you need for camping provided. New BBQ , shade gazebo and lounge chairs for relaxing! Pets are welcomed with a $20.00 fee . Pets are not allowed on the furniture please. Just about anything and everything that can be thought of is here for you to enjoy. We are a two night minimum on Friday and Saturdays. Thank you

Private river-front guesthouse (studio).

Come for the river view and stay for the relaxation. Our studio is a private, separate guesthouse just a few steps from the south channel of the Boise River. It overlooks the river, has private parking and a private entrance. This studio suite includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio on the river. The kitchenette includes a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, a portable washing machine, and dryer.

Welcome to MIN STUGÄ, a unique A-frame cabin above the trees! Built-in the '60s, it offers a cozy retreat. The Terrace Lakes Resort is a short walk and has a hot springs pool (fees apply) & food . In the winter enjoy snowshoeing & the tubing hill across the street. Glimpse steam from the pool via rear cabin window.
