I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The location is perfect, right in the city center, which made everything easily accessible. The hospitality was outstanding — very friendly, welcoming, and highly responsive. I truly felt like I was at home. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future.

I had a fantastic stay in Alexandria and at Fouad's place. It's in a very good neighborhood, which is both safe and quiet. As a foreigner, I felt welcome and not too out of place. Any issues that came up , Fouad was very quick to help and resolve them. as well as checking in on text to make sure everything is okay. The internet access is very good and reliable which allowed me to do online classes on Zoom and work meetings without issue too. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visits. Thanks Fouad for a great stay.

The room is very clean, the decoration style and the use of objects reflect the taste of the host. My host was so hospitable that he arranged a tour of the Suez Canal for me. Recommended for friends coming to Cairo to stay here.

so this was the first time i Booked on Airbnb and it was a surprise to my Mom ,and i really wanted it to be like photos and oh my god, when i entered the apartment, this was one of the most beautiful views i may have seen beautiful, outstanding, a big wide balcony with glass so you can see the whole view !!!! outstanding!! i loved it ! and Mme Sonia was super helpful and very nice,the apartment was neat amd clean and smelled good ! i loved it and My Mom didn't leave the balcony not even for a minute! its amazing and it was the first and definitely not the last time 😍

Moemen is an extraordinary host and an amazing human being with a great heart at the same time! I very much enjoyed my stay at the apartment. It is conveniently located and above Egyptian standards in every respect. It is generally quiet, though one can sometimes hear some noise from the water system (as some people have mentioned here as well). But in such a big city it still is a surprisingly quiet atmosphere at night and the most quiet place I have stayed at in Alexandria or Cairo. Moemen was incredible supportive in every aspect of my stay. He helped me when my flight was cancelled, and even gave me a ride to the bus station, because I couldn't get an Uber in time. Thank you very much for everything, Moemen!

Great value for the price Correct location. Some difficulty finding the place. Room quite noisy as no double glazing. Missing some accessories in the room, otherwise it was very good.
