This in not an ordinary place to stay. You live just by the ocean in the middle of nature and bird life. Beautiful settings and surroundings. Secluded get away ideal for couples. The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. There are garden furnitures by the cottage. Free parking for car or caravan. Must be experienced!

Mycket prisvärt och enkelt boende i källare i en privatbostad med en mycket hjälpsam, vänlig och trevlig värd, även då jag lyckades strula till min ankomst, på en "udda" tid!! Rent och fräscht, nära allting i Kalmar, skötte mig själv och allting basic fanns för en god, lugn natts sömn, en dusch och en kopp kaffe på morgonen! Rekommenderar varmt Henrik som värd om ni ska övernatta i Kalmar! Kommer gärna tillbaka!

Notre long séjour chez Tobias s'est très bien passé, nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli et aidé pendant toute la période de location, Tobias est un hôte exemplaire ! La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée, avec une terrasse et une piscine très agréables lorsqu'il fait beau. C'était un plaisir de rester plusieurs semaines dans la maison, merci beaucoup.

Egen villa med Spabad, biorum, 3 sovrum.

We hebben 5 dagen in het huis van Kristoffer gelogeerd. Een fijn groot huis met prima voorzieningen. De host was flexibel en zorgde ervoor dat iedereen een prima slaapplek kreeg ook na een plotselinge wijziging. De kinderen hebben genoten van de hot tub. In de omgeving is veel te doen. Elanden spotten en natuurlijk een bezoekje aan Öland (koninklijk zomer verblijf) kon niet ontbreken. Op korte afstand is een supermarkt aanwezig en als het assortiment niet voldoende is kun je vlot uitwijken naar Kalmar. Al met al een prima huis om met meerdere personen te verblijven

Sehr schönes Haus, in dem man sich gleich wohl fühlt. Parken direkt vor dem Grundstück. Gemütliche Einrichtung, in der man sich gerne aufhält. Der Wintergarten ist ein schöner Frühstücksplatz. Das Bad ist sehr klein, keine Ablagemöglichkeit. Der Boden in der Dusche ist sehr rutschig. Kalmar und Öland, mit den alten Mühlen, sind von hier gut zu erreichen. Das Schoss in Kalmar und der Garten von Solliden, dem Sommer-Schloss der schwedischen Königsfamilie, lohnen einen Besuch.

The best! The best apartment we have ever rented. The best owner we have ever had. Everything was great! The house was excellent. Fully equipped with electrical appliances, very good internet, always had hot water. We were 2 families with 3 babies and a friend, we all got along perfectly and everyone had their own space. Jojje is great!! Unique. He helped us with everything we needed. He even suggested us to use whatever we want from his food and dishes. Very welcoming. We will definitely be visiting him again.
