All guests have a private apartment, there is 1 apartment per level. So there is a lot of privacy. Downstairs we have a laundry, which you can use. We have a chocolate atelier, where you are always welcome ! The setting is immediately adjacent to the city's famous Graffiti Street. A tasting in the chocolate studio below is a must, after which stroll to some of Ghent's many boutiques, and perhaps the weekend antiques market in nearby St Jacob's Square. From the railway station, you take the MAIN tram line no 1 to the city centre, we are at 300m from the stop GRAVENSTEEN (castle)

Welcome to our beautiful farm from 1644! You are guaranteed to relax in this unique rural location. Located in the middle of the polder with unobstructed views, yet Middelburg and the beach are always close by. The boho-chic decor and characteristic atmosphere make this the perfect base for exploring beautiful Zeeland. The house has been completely renovated and equipped with modern luxury, while the authentic elements have been preserved. The house is directly adjacent to the large garden.

Kom een paar nachten en we beloven dat je je uitgerust en energiek zult voelen. In deze ongekende tijden wilden we een plek aanbieden waar mensen even afstand van alles kunnen nemen. Waar je terug kunt naar de basis met de nodige comfort en kunt genieten van de voordelen van omringd zijn door natuur en niets anders..

studio duinhuis ...das eigens entworfene Holzhaus mit Kaminofen liegt auf der Anhöhe gegenüber vom Badpaviljoen, 100 m entfernt vom Aufgang zum Strand! Es ist mein Lebenstraum, mit einem kleinen Atelier am Meer zu leben und Menschen in dem Gästehaus im Garten willkommen zu heißen. Das typisch Zeeländische Haus öffnet seine Fenster nach außen auf eine sonnige Holzterrasse, das Meer hört man bis hierher. Eine gemütliche Schlafempore macht das Haus besonders, die eigene Sauna ist buchbar!

Endless hiking, cycling or on your horse, along creeks and canals, the soft sand in the dunes of the North Sea beach or the nearby forests on the border region. Very quiet, beautiful picturesque towns in the region. Such as Sluis, Bruges, Ghent, Middelburg, etc. Delicious eateries for everyone. (With bicycle/horse)

La TOUR a FOLLY in Bruges (free private parking)

The Tower is situated in the historic centre of Bruges, in a quiet neighbourhood at some eight minutes’ walk from the ‘Markt’. In the 18th century the tower was reconstructed as a ‘folly’, characteristic of the period. We are proud to say that our family has supported this heritage for more than 215 years. In 2009 we reconstructed it using refined decoration and catering for all modern conveniences. Last but not least: free private parking in our big garden

The guesthouse consists of 1 bedroom - kitchen - living area- toilet - bathroom. Everything is brand new (building finished in 2017 and completely painted in march 2021). With a private surface of 80 m², you certainly have enough space to enjoy your stay. You are welcome to use the garden & terrace . Just take a break in this peaceful, centrally-located accommodation in the vast Zeeuws Vlaanderen. The garden house is in the middle of the courtyard and garden of 't Hof, the old steward's house. The house and garden house are a wonderful starting point for cycling trips and walks in the characteristic polder landscape and Zeeland coast. It is also possible to enjoy the many delicious (star) restaurants, cafes and beach bars in the area.

Let yourself be amazed by the nature, peace and quiet in the unique Meers Cabin, and all this in comfort. Wake up with a pristine wide view of the drowned meadows (Meersen) and fields; changing to the rhythm of the seasons. Enjoy the spectacle of the fluttering singing skylark, the happy chirping of swallows as night falls. Lie down on the jetty, get into the boat to just float on the natural pond. Hike, bike, swim or just do nothing.

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

Suite Vadella is a new, trendy guesthouse with its own entrance. Suite Vadella has a kitchen, TV, fireplace, air conditioning and a spacious bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, bathroom furniture, bath and sauna. (Suite Vadella does not have a roof terrace)
