In the beautiful artists' village of Groede in the south of Zeeland, we renovated our holiday home in 2021, including a sauna. Modernly equipped and furnished in a shell from the 1920s and 1960s. Groede itself offers everything you need for everyday life, including nice cafes and top restaurants and a microbrewery. The beach is 2.5km away and can be reached by bike. Bruges and Ghent can be reached in 30 minutes, Antwerp in 60 minutes. Surfing/kiting, horseback riding, tennis, golf in the area.

You only have to cross the dunes and you are on the beach when you stay in our lovely, cozy 6-person cottage. Did you forget something when you were lying on the beach? No problem, because in 5 minutes you will be in your vacation home. Feel like reading in our wicker rocking chair? Nice with AIR CONDITIONING! You can go on holiday with us energy-neutral, the electricity comes from the solar panels. We have a nice garden with a nice terrace and of course toys for the kids.

Spend the night in a unique city bus in the middle of the polder. Welcome to our converted city bus – a tiny house with character and history! This former city bus has been given a second life on our property. Inside you will find a cozy, fully furnished space with surprisingly much comfort, while original details of the bus are still clearly visible. The bus is part of our mini campsite Slapershaven, but at the end for all the peace and space.

Welcome to Holiday Home De Vlier – a charming, detached holiday home in Nieuwvliet-Bad (Zeeuws-Vlaanderen), just a few minutes' walk from the beach and the Verdronken Zwarte Polder nature reserve. Here you can enjoy peace, space and comfort, with plenty of opportunities to unwind, relax and go out. The perfect family destination. The cottage is suitable for 4 adults and possibly 2 children. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is on the open loft.

Just take a break in this peaceful, centrally-located accommodation in the vast Zeeuws Vlaanderen. The garden house is in the middle of the courtyard and garden of 't Hof, the old steward's house. The house and garden house are a wonderful starting point for cycling trips and walks in the characteristic polder landscape and Zeeland coast. It is also possible to enjoy the many delicious (star) restaurants, cafes and beach bars in the area.

In the polder of the border village of Eede, you can unwind in our cozy farmhouse. The adjacent barn has been converted into a guesthouse. A private entrance, spacious living room, kitchen, three large bedrooms, and a bathroom downstairs. There is a large garden around the house. The seaside resorts of Cadzand and Knokke are 20 km away. Sluis 10 km, Bruges 17 km and Ghent 30 km. Directly on beautiful hiking and cycling routes.

The apartment is in the front house of the farm. Private parking, spacious garden, great views. Tea and coffee (with milk frother; P), and the basics for cooking and baking are provided. Open kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, and oven. The living room with cozy dining area and a sofa. The bedroom has a freshly made comfortable double bed. Modern bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. Plenty of towels available.

Come and enjoy our space in a farmhouse converted into a loft. Be surprised by the unique spaces, the light, a private garden, and all the comforts of today. Perfect for four people. A fifth and sixth person are welcome on request. They sleep on the loft of the master bedroom that are in open connection. There is a spacious double sofa bed.
