Excellent location, pleasant garden with Mediterranean vegetation, cozy apartment and our desire to feel at home with us, all these are sufficient reasons to spend your holidays, a long weekend or maybe just a day in our apartment Haliaetum all-year-round. The apartment is located in the middle floor (1st floor). It is suitable for up to 4 persons, centrally heated and air-conditioned. Fully furnished apartment includes: entrance with wardrobe, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with kitchen, dining table and 4 chairs, Led TV and a couch (130 x 190 cm) for two persons, bedroom with sea view and two beds We assure you that you will be excited about our extensive garden. In the shade of our pine trees, cypress and laurel bushes you will be delighted to use: table and 4 chairs, solid wooden deckchair along with sunbathing cushion and a folding deckchair, outdoor shower, fitness area among the cypress trees, swing on a pine, direct access from the garden to the beach, gas grill, free parking in front of the house, free Wi-Fi internet in the apartment and in the garden. Apartma Doria is a luxury and in 2020 RENOVATED big flat, located in the first floor of Seaside Vila. Located on the beach, but also close to the city center. With it's 100 square meters, 3 bedrooms, big living room, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and closed terrace it's ideal for a great holiday. You can enjoy sunny days in a shade on the back garden, after a refreshing swim in the sea (the sea is located 10 meters from the apartment!) and watch the sun fall into the sea in the evenings.

Wir haben uns wirklich gleich sehr empfangen und wohl gefühlt in Zorans Unterkunft. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und sehr ruhig - der perfekte Ort um zu entspannen und/oder Wanderungen zu unternehmen. Zudem gibt es einen Fluss direkt an der Unterkunft der im Sommer zum Baden einlädt. Die urige Wohnung ist mit einem Ofen, der finnischen Sauna und dem Whirlpool (den Zoran extra nochmal zur Verfügung gestellt hat - Danke!) ausgestattet. Auch wenn Zoran direkt unter der Wohnung wohnt, hat man genügend Privatsphäre. Er ist jedoch auch sehr hilfsbereit und steht gerne für Tipps oder wenn man etwas benötigt zur Verfügung. Istrija ist ca 15min mit dem Auto entfernt, dort gibt es Supermärkte und viele gute Restaurants. Auch eine alte Miene kann man besuchen. Wirklich ein toller Gastgeber in einer tollen Gegend, ich kann mir vorstellen nochmal zu hierhin zu kommen 🙂

The apartment’s atmosphere was very nice. Designed by an interior designer, few years ago fully refurbished. Some parts look good, but are not really practical (big chandeliers). The kitchen is fully equipped, so we could prepare food easily. The AC was working. Alenka reccommended us a lot of places to visit, she is a really kind and helpful host :) enjoyed our stay in Piran and would recommend Casa Matteo to anyone :)

From checking in to checking out, this place was a gem. the apartment itself was beautiful. the balcony overlooking the lake and the castle view was even better than the picture shown on the listing. bathroom was big and super clean and modern. kitchen was fully stocked with brand new modern appliances, ample cooking utensils, and huge fridge. dedicated parking spot. air conditioning in each room that kept it cool during the heat. 5 minutes walk to the town, 10 min walk to the "beach" and tons of restaurants and bars within close walking distance. supermarket a short drive away. Alexander was amazing upon check in and had great recommendations for restaurants as well as helpful throughout the whole stay. the apartment was close enough to the main road but far enough to be quiet and away from it as well. so much space for a family of five , never felt crowded and kids loved the spot as well. I highly recommend and can't thank the host enough for such an amazing stay.

Ein hübsches kleines Appartment nur ein paar Schritte vom Meer entfernt, perfekt um zu baden. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und sogar spontan um 3 Tage verlängert. Vor meiner Ankunft bekam ich von den Hosts jede Menge Infos zugeschickt, bei weiteren Fragen hat Andreja auch immer rasch geantwortet. Alles bestens!

Sandro ist ein Super Gastgeber. Er hat uns wie mit ihm vereinbart am Treffpunkt abgeholt. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Wohnung wie beschrieben. Aussicht auf die Bucht von Koper ist schön . in der Wohnung alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. alles sauber. schöne Küche. WLAN sehr gut. Sandro war immer erreichbar und hat uns erklärt was man in der Nähe anschauen kann. Strand zu Fuß 2 Minuten. . Vielen Dank Sandro.

Saso's apartment is an excellent place to stay in the very heart of the old town of Piran. The sea is just steps away and there is a great view of it from the living room (as seen in the photo in the listing). Equally, the central square is just steps away in the other direction. The apartment itself is very well appointed and spacious. Overall, we can't imagine a better spot to be in Piran!

Es war sehr schön. Super Lage und sehr nette Unterkunft für 4 Personen. Schlafcouch wenn man noch ein paar Polster unter sie Matraze gibt in Ordnung. Die Adresse ist nicht so leicht zu finden, da sich Google Maps in den engen Gassen nicht so gut zurechtfindet. Haustüre gegenüber vom Hotel Laguna
