The studio is located in a historic building in the heart of the city and has just been renovated. Furnished in a modern style with all the necessary comforts. Located on the second floor with an elevator, bright and cozy with a terrace overlooking the park. It is a 5-minute walk from Piazza Unità d'Italia. Nearby, there is the possibility of leaving the car for a fee in the "Park San Giusto". From June 2018, the accommodation tax of €3 per adult per day is to be paid on site.

Bright Loft in Udine

Very bright loft, with a beautiful terrace. Not recommended for those who want a hotel-like experience. This is a real home, with my books, my things, which I rent out when I'm away. It doesn't have a TV, it's very welcoming, authentic, bohemian. The price includes the tourist tax, 1.60 euros per person per day. If you read below and understand that you are exempt, write to me: you must fill out a document that I will send you, and you will be exempt from the tax.
