Bright Loft in Udine

Very bright loft, with a beautiful terrace. Not recommended for those who want a hotel-like experience. This is a real home, with my books, my things, which I rent out when I'm away. It doesn't have a TV, it's very welcoming, authentic, bohemian. The price includes the tourist tax, 1.60 euros per person per day. If you read below and understand that you are exempt, write to me: you must fill out a document that I will send you, and you will be exempt from the tax.

From modern concrete-cire floor and oak wood furnishings. Airy furnishings and a pleasant balance between modern minimalism and warm Alpine style.

The decor is modern and minimal, bright and very quiet. It is a studio apartment of about 40 square meters in a newly renovated building, a few minutes from Piazza Unità d'Italia and the castle of S.Giusto. From June 2018, the accommodation tax of 3 euros per adult per day is to be paid on site.
