This was our second time staying here, and once again, we absolutely loved it! It's the perfect place to disconnect from the hustle and reconnect with nature. Peaceful, cozy, and surrounded by beauty—every moment feels like a breath of fresh air. It's also a great base to explore the stunning Karangahake Gorge and charming Waihi. The host is simply the best—welcoming, thoughtful, and always makes us feel right at home. We'll definitely be back again!

lovely batch ideal location. exactly what we were after. family friendly and walkable to everything. Had a family reunion all families were a minutes walk from each other. beach location with park and bbq was ideal for all kids and family. Our stay at Lynley’s place was absolutely incredible. The entire space was absolutely spotless and well stocked for a comfortable stay. We were able to make ourselves comfortable while on our travels with the beautiful outdoor space, spacious kitchen and living spaces. Sitting in the backyard you feel at peace in a beautifully decorated and private space. There are also great amenities, clean and functional kitchen and bathroom. There is plenty to go and see in the area and a great local town in Thames for shopping and food so it is a great central location for your travels. The hosts were super friendly and made sure our stay was perfect. We cannot recommend Lynley’s place enough, it is a beautiful place which you will find yourself wanting to visit again!

Fantastic location with 3 children aged 5, 3 & 2 - neighbourhood green space & through to school with best playgrounds. House was very spacious, kitchen extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need including herbs & spices. Nice bathrooms, great shower pressure. One small thing, cleaners to check under beds, we found a couple of bottles & very dusty under couches when checking for any lost toys. We had a great stay & loved the house!

Fantastic property in a great location. Great areas with 2 outdoor spaces and really great en-suite with master bedroom being away from the other 2 bedrooms. Really well setup kitchen and amenities. Would definitely recommend this property and we would stay again. Host responded very quickly and check in made easy.

It's hard to put into words how beautiful this location is... breathtaking doesn't do it justice. From check in to check out everything was smooth and friendly. The views are stunning. Short drive to Coromandel village and all the hikes. Bed is crazy comfortable. Explore the property, orchard, garden... it's amazing. Host was so polite they tried to take the blame for rain! Washer/dryer is a game changer after a day of beach and hiking. I arrived a 3/10 on my personal battery and left 10/10. Thank you, if I'm welcome I will be back!

Lovely quirky kiwi bach! Great location. Easy (toddler friendly) walking distance to great coffee, beach and shops. Super family friendly. Clean and tidy. Full cooking facilities to make meals for the family or kids. As our 2yo said “I love this house”! Cup full, core memories created! Forever grateful.

Peaceful unit at the corner of a street facing the boats was a nice treat in the morning. Restaurants were within walking distance just less than 5 mins away. A supermarket was just 9 min walk away and it was a nice quiet walk down from the unit to the supermarket.

Jessie's place is conveniently located between two busy spots for restaurants 🍣 🍔 and amenities in Papamoa Beach - an easy bike ride along traffic free paths, or via a stroll along the beach ⛱️ - also close to bus 🚌 routes to get you to Tauranga or Maunganui. The house has great facilities for keeping cool, a lovely deck with huge parasol and a brilliant heatpump inside. Jessie left us a lovely note on our arrival and the document explaining where to bike 🚲, surf 🌊 and enjoy the local area was brilliant! The yard was great for our Golden Retriever 🐶, fully fenced with good shade areas under the colossal olive 🫒 tree - with beach or path walks galore!

Quality would be a perfect one word description of this accommodation and the hosts. Everything in the house is great quality and there is everything you need. David met us and showed us everything we needed and made us feel very relaxed about bringing our dog with. All the facilities are first class and you just feel at home as soon as you arrive. Will definitely look to stay here next time we visit Whitianga as not only is it amazing it’s a great place to base yourself to explore the rest of the Coramandel peninsula.

27 Banks Road Cooks Beach is a lovely 3 bedroom cottage right on the most amazing beach. The house is clad throughout in beautiful polished pine wood. New bed linen and towels which were of high quality were really appreciated and made for a very comfortable 2 nights. We had a couple of issues when we arrived, but Sarah responded instantly and resolved everything perfectly. If you are looking for somewhere to stay whilst visiting the Coromandel Peninsula, which is a must if you are touring the North Island, we can definitely recommend this property

We had a fantastic week at Graeme's place. The proximity to the beach was perfect and the house was wonderfully equipped and lots of space for 6 adults and 1 toddler. Graeme left toys for our grandson to play with and had a small mattress all arranged for him. It was perfect. Would highly recommend.

The house was perfect for our group of 5 adults and was in an amazing location. There was plenty of space for everyone to lounge and relax, and we loved how close it was to the beach and great cafes in town. There is a small Four Square supermarket about 10 mins walking distance which has plenty of supplies (including Mount Sourdough Co bread!) and a larger New World supermarket that was a short drive away. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook meals at home, and for coffee making had both a French press and a coffee pod machine and a milk steamer. The Mount Surf Co sells coffee pods from Flight Coffee and was our favorite place to restock the pods. We loved our stay and would definitely return :)
