You are steps from the restaurants, seafront and transport in Ballutta bay. You are also very close to spa and gym facilities which can be booked for treatments or for weekly access.

It is a 2nd floor apartment that is accessible with lift. To compliment this apartment is a lovely roof terrace with a communal swimming pool.
