Farm from 1931 with wooden tree house and views of the hilly landscape and the Småland Sea. Large garden with old fruit trees and vines, swings, fire pit and trampoline. The garden is perfect for playing hide and seek. The house is large and spacious and good for a multi-generational vacation (e.g. grandparents, children and grandchildren) or multi-family vacations. On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen, pantry, bathroom with bathtub, dining room, fireplace and playroom. Upstairs there is a toilet, three bedrooms and a large repos with trapeze.

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

This beautiful farmhouse exudes romance and rural idyll. With a wood-burning stove, thatched roof, and lots of aesthetic details. There is a courtyard with stunning views of meadows, trees and sea, as well as a flower garden. The house is undisturbed with walking distance to the sea, grocery store and marina. In the luxurious bedroom there is a French imported vintage double bed. Fantastic views of the sea where Langeland, the Great Belt Bridge and Stigsnæs can be seen. Completely unique sunsets. Closed/fenced garden. Large terrace. Closed garage. High to the sky. Peace and quiet. No tourists. Just a sweet neighbor. Note: Bed linens, towels and dish towels must be brought. The price includes final cleaning and utilities.

We have spent a long time renovating our little wooden house with upcycled building materials, decorated it with heirlooms and flea finds, and are now ready to have guests visit. The house is located in our orchard, close to nature, forests, good beaches, medieval villages, Fuglsang Art Museum and far from noise - with the exception of our quails and free-range silkie chickens, which may well go crazy once in a while. The house is 24 sqm in size, and also has a loft with enough beds for four people.

Small single cottage close to beach and jetty on the nice apple island Fejø. The house is bright and simply furnished with kitchen-living room, two smaller rooms and toilet with shower. The house does not include a small isolated annex with two sleeping places. From the road you can see the sea which is 2 minutes walk from the house. The house is located in a lovely and well-maintained summer house neighborhood on the east side of the island. Electricity and water are included in day rent.
