Nature and outdoor activities are nearby, at Billingen's leisure facility. For business travelers, the apartment is close to Volvo, the college and the military. The apartment has modern amenities with older coziness and charm. On the ground floor there is a pub and restaurant that has been around since the 70s. Discover everything that Skövde has to offer!

In the countryside near Skövde & golf course, Sommarland 30 km

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home at the end of the road. You live in the countryside but in 15 minutes by car can take you to the city of Skövde which has everything you might need. On the balcony, there is a barbecue and seating. Indoors, you will find bathtubs, fireplaces and amenities such as washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, etc. There are 7 beds divided into 4 bedrooms, where one of the rooms has a double bed, two rooms with 2 single beds in each and one room with 1 bed and 1 sofa bed. Max 7 guests.

On a sunny day, it is perfect for a nice breakfast out on the terrace that you end with a large barbecue in the evening. By car you have only 10 minutes to the nearest lake, golf course and city center to experience Skövde in the best way. If the children want to play, there is a playground and soccer field 100 meters away. In the area there are, for example, grocery store, pizzeria, gym, padel and Stella's playland.

Walking distance to swimming and proximity to nature and bike trails. 300 meters to a 24/7 store. There is 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed and 1 child's bed. Bring your own hygiene items, sheets and towels. Pets allowed. Smoking inside not allowed.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Close to both outdoor life and city. Hike along the Billing Trail, activate yourself in Billingen's outdoor area, enjoy yourself at Skara Sommarland, swim in one of many lakes or just stay here in the house and garden and enjoy a quiet and comfortable day. It has plenty of space for play and socializing. Two extra beds are available. Also possibility to borrow a washing machine. In summer, sheep go in the pasture directly adjacent to the garden.

My "cottage" is located 1 mile outside the center of Skövde. Skara Sommarland you find 2.8 miles away. Paddle courts, hop n pop and jump yard can be found within 6 km. Billingeberget offers a slalom slope, cross-country skiing, ice skating, hiking trails, mountain biking trails, fishing, outdoor swimming as well as a bike park for kids. Billingen you get to by car in 12 minutes. Skövde Adventure bath can be reached by car in 10 minutes.

Welcome to this amazing place with lots of space both inside and out. The cottage is a wing building to our residential home on our property. In the large garden there is a barbecue area, swings and playhouse as well as a pond. The cottage is within walking distance of a nature reserve with hiking trails. Nearby is also Hornborgasjön, Skara summerland, historic Varnhem, Grevagården's equestrian center, etc.

On our farm, we have chickens close by. A kind dog who guards the land and loves to play with people. A former meierei has been refurbished and is available for guests from the spring of 2023. In old walls, three bedrooms were stylishly integrated, one of which was an open gallery with an overall Ceiling height of over 6 meters in the open ridge. Two bathrooms, one with shower and one with shower tub allow the stay of up to two families. A large balcony facing south completes the apartment.
