It was a wonderful stay. The house is wonderful, with a beautiful view. The house itself has everything you or your children need and even more. Communicating with Victoria was great, she kindly allowed us to stay longer in her wonderful house.

The holiday in Molfar was just perfect, the house and location in reality are much cooler than in the photos. There you will be in absolute privacy with nature, no unnecessary noises, only you, the forest and the mountains. The hosts have taken care that you don't need anything while relaxing there. The house has all the amenities, the Internet works perfectly for such an area, spring water flows from the tap, which you can really drink and not worry about well-being. Be sure to read the history of the house on instagram, so you will even better feel the vibe of this place. There are several village shops nearby where you will find everything you need, but if you are away for a few days, it is better to buy groceries in the city. I sincerely recommend this place, we fell in love with all our hearts and will definitely come back again!

We would like to thank, first of all, the friendly hostess for her hospitality and attention to our wishes. Great accommodation, plenty of space, everything you need for a comfortable stay. A large terrace where you want to spend time. Near the river, beautiful views. Special thanks for the cleanliness and attention to detail (a large number of all the necessary utensils, toiletries, everything for barbecue... and even a grill for fish). Nice and cozy house with beautiful nature.

A lovely estate that has met all our needs : plenty of space inside, a fireplace, a lovely kitchen and bathrooms. Nearby there is a mountain river that can be heard from any room in the house, as well as a bunch of tanning space. The estate is located only 40 minutes from the city of Slavske.

Very cozy house away from the noise of the city. Nice nature, practically no neighbors around. Quite a large fenced area, our dog had a place to walk. The house has independent heating, constantly maintaining a comfortable temperature. Loved the vat, especially in cold rainy weather. Overall, I really liked it 5/5.

Hi. Pavel and Lililja are great hosts. It is a wonderful serene location and I would not hesitate to recommend it to any traveler, whether just an escape from the city, a brief recuperation or a holiday. Pavel's herbal hot tub and cold tub treatment is wonderful too. There is a delivery menu with a range of well-prepared Ukrainian classic dishes on it which is great for staying in.

A good option for an economical holiday with a family. The hosts of the house are extremely friendly, always in touch, offered their help with any questions. Hosts live in the same yard, but they didn't interfere with the rest and the yard is a little secluded. You could always order homemade delicious food for an adequate price and buy homemade milk and eggs. The house is not well renovated, but there is everything you need for your stay, and if something is missing - the hosts will instantly bring it :) The house is for a thrifty getaway for a family or a small group of friends. From the disadvantages: 7 kilometers you have to go on a very bad road. Sometimes I didn't want to go anywhere, so as not to go on that scary road. But for those who, on the contrary, do not want to go anywhere, there is a place around the house where to walk :) Another unpleasant minus - the toilet door does not close until the end, so I do not advise those who need to seclude themselves for toiletries)) Overall, I recommend the house.

The house is very cozy and entouched. The descent from Politechus is a three minute walk. The description corresponds to the reality and the heat and smells good and smells of wood and smells good. I am sure that 4 families will spend time with great pleasure, there are comfort zones for everyone. Disadvantages: fireplace for entourage(not working), very hard road for children and seniors. Taxi( for today) 200 UAH from the center. But it is very cozy and very homey. Oksana(the hostess) and Ruslana(the manager) are impeccable. No one was left out.

The house is located on a large area with a good edge. On the territory there is a cozy conversation, children's playground, barbecue. There is a shop nearby. There is a modern renovation in the house, there are two bathrooms, heated water. There is everything for a good rest. Hosts are very friendly. We loved it! Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great stay at this place, the whole company review was absolutely unequivocal - it's the best place we've ever stayed. Special thanks to our hospitable host, Svetlana, who is always ready to help. As for the house, it is clean, not far from the train station, and the shops. Separately, you should highlight a very beautiful and picturesque area.

Great place in the middle of nowhere, perfect for a retreat in quietness. Miroslava is a fantastic host and person and her hospitality really made our stay better. Would love to come again.
