The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Fiber finns som möjliggör att det även passar utmärkt att arbeta härifrån. Naturnära tomt med gräsmatta för sommaraktiviteter. Ca 150m till bryggan, båt (3,5hk) för fiske och bad samt kajak för 2p. Härlig löprunda på 4,5km runt Björsund. Stor altan med grill och pingisbord.

Charming cottage located in a beautiful manor garden at the stream Hedströmmen. Perfect location for fly fishing in Hedströmmen or experience nature and culture in Bergslagen. Close to both forest and lake. 200 meters to Hedströmmen - you can both see and hear the steam from the cottage. It is five minutes by car to the child-friendly bathing area Sandviksbadet in Långsvan. In addition, there are several bathing areas and canoe trails nearby.

Here you live in a cozy timber house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.
