Completely renovated and recently furnished! Warm welcome to this little gem on Södermalm with fantastic balcony facing the courtyard! It is a one-bedroom apartment with kitchenette and nicely located balcony facing south towards the courtyard. Bed of 160 cm and sofa bed. The apartment is centrally yet quiet, and only a stone's throw from SoFo's charming quarters. In the area there are beautiful Vitabergsparken but also some of Stockholm's best restaurants and charming bar paths.

The room in entered through a private entrance, has a queen size bed, own bathroom with shower and a small hallway. This is were you absolutely get the most out of your stay in Stockholm. Recommended to the single travelers whom enjoy being out and about and exploring on foot! Shama was welcoming and responsive. Her apartment was perfect; I was very comfortable, it had all the needed amenities, and a bonus cute dog to greet me. The location within Stockholm is ideal. It was a short walk to the transit system, there were several grocery store options conveniently located and I always felt safe walking around Karlaplan while checking out the neighborhood. From Shama's place I walked to Gamla Stan to tour the Nobel Prize Museum and Royal Palace. I also walked to Skeppsholmen to tour the Modern Museum, which is a short walk away from the ABBA museum. It is easy to reach many of the touristy attractions by foot or by transit from Shama's apartment. Shama was great fun to talk with in the mornings and evenings - I hope that if I return to Stockholm I am able to rent from Shama again.

I thought twice about giving a really good review because i want to return next year 🤭and with this review everything will be booked 👀. I think this place is a little oasis and the bonus a cat named Sasha (that is super quiet and calm 😌). The balcony was sunny and super cozy. There is a coop supermarket between the bus stop and the house of suzane (working until 22). There are plenty of buses nearby. I went to Slussen and even with the construction site i made it. In order to reach the metro station at Slussen you need to go througt a tunnel and follow the directions (is a little bit of a strange path because of the construction nearby). Went to fotografiska museum and it was a must (2 walking minutes from the bus station in slussen). It was really cool! Go there!

I felt very comfortable in Christina's apartment. She was always very friendly and helpful and was always approachable. I'd love to come back.

A perfect place to stay for a short stay in Stockholm! Centrally located (just a 10-minute walk from T-Centralen station), use of the kitchen is included, and coffee and tea are complimentary. And last but not least: a very friendly host with whom you can have good conversations. Finally, Zelda, the dog, is a quiet companion who doesn't bother even those who aren't so fond of dogs. Dog lovers, on the other hand, will have a particularly good time!
