Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon planted in the lake. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 130/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, Apple TV.

There are good opportunities for forest walks, swimming and fishing. On the property there are goats, chickens and dogs. Hopefully you won't be scared of dogs. They usually go loose on the grounds. The nearest store is in Sandsjöfors 4 km, Ekenässjön 12 km or in Vetlanda, Eksjö, Nässjö and Sävsjö, all located 25 km from Djuvanäs.

Welcome to beautiful and cozy Sävsjö! In our apartment, you live close to nature but also close to Sävsjö's small center. The apartment is above our garage. If you come with children, they are welcome to jump in the trampoline or play in the garden. It is also equipped with a new 50" smart TV where you can stream your favorites from apps or from your mobile. Här passar hela familjen, med massor av plats för skoj. En gata bort ligger Sävsjös Camping. Där finns padelhallar, badhus, sjö och promenadrundor. I närheten finns även höglandsleden & elljusspår. Nära till Sävsjö skyttecenter och gym. 1.5 km bort ligger storgatan och centrum med mataffärer, restauranger, liten bio, systembolag och annat. Liten bit till så hittar du även Boda Borg och Högagärdebacken. Detta är ett äldre hus där inte allt är renoverat, det har sina skavanker men sin charm.

Tranquil, renovated cottage in Småland

If you’re looking for peace and quiet and disconnecting for a while, our little cottage is the place to be. Our little oasis is located in the middle of the forest, at the end of the road – here nobody will disturb you. The house itself originates back to the 17th century, had a major renovation in the 70’s, and recently had a total makeover of the upper floor. I’m the fourth generation that recently took over and use it as a summer house, and from 2024 on renting it out when we’re not here.

Welcome to beautiful Småland and a lovely house set in the middle of undisturbed forest. The house is modern and fully equipped with everything you need for the perfect comfortable vacation with friends or family. In the summer there is plenty of opportunity for hiking, cycling, fishing, mushroom and berry picking. A lake for game fishing is located on the property only a few hundred meters from the house. There are several other lakes for swimming in perfect cycling distance.
