Big older house on two floors just outside Vitaby. Four bedrooms. Large garden, nature plot and large patio and pergola with vines as a sunscreen. Also patio on the terrace with infra heating, outdoor furniture on both. Rich bird life. Older pond in the garden a stream flows through. Fast Internet that appears in a powerful mesh network throughout the house. Two TVs with large movie/channel selection. Richly equipped kitchen with much of most things! Owner lives secluded on premises and is easily reached by problem.

Cottage in Juleboda/ Österlen next to Maglehem & the sea

Within walking distance is the expansive beautiful beach stretching from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025 we have 4 new nice bikes in the cabin that can be used by the guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in, among other places. Helge Å. The Ravlunda shooting range military facility is some distance away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no business going on. In other periods there may be sounds and bangs from shooting exercises.

In the middle of Brösarp is our cottage in a quiet and scenic setting. The cottage is in close proximity to our dwelling house. It is walking distance to Gästis, Talldungen, ICA store and to the many hiking trails found in the surroundings. To the sea with the long sandy beaches it is 7 km. In the cottage there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom and glass veranda. Breakfast is included and you can enjoy it on the patio or in the glass porch. Barbecue is available with all accessories and bicycles can be borrowed.

Relax with the whole family, friends or alone in this peaceful year-round accommodation. 1910s house of 130 sqm with kitchen, two toilets, several bedrooms, living room and dining room. Cozy gazebo as well as two patios overlooking meadows, fields and cow pastures. Lush garden with roses, raspberries and spices. Parking for 2-4 cars. There is a farm shop 100 m away from the house. Lansatorpet is a three-legged farm from the 1850s that is beautifully situated on a gravel road in the forest of Österlen between St Olof and Brösarp with Mariavalls Kloster as the nearest neighbor. The forest is filled with a rich wildlife, wild rink, blueberries and mushrooms. In summer, the garden around the house is visited by a large amount of colorful butterflies and hungry bumblebees. Quiet and beautiful accommodation on the border of Stenshuvud National Park. A spacious house for a couple, or a single traveller. Protected location, surrounded by forest and pastures with sheep. The house has a smaller patio, and you have free access to our garden.
