Complimentary use of bikes is available to enjoy the numerous coastal bike & walking paths. A car is recommended to take full advantage of all the area has to offer. You can have the ultimate summer holiday at the 'boat channel' in lennox head where you can hear the waves crashing on the shore when you go to sleep.The beach is out the back door where you can safely swim or snorkel, if your a surfer there’s no need for a car, the reef is a few minutes paddle away and the famous Lennox Point is a 10 minute walk along the picturesque track. Restaurants, Lennox Point Hotel and the Bowling club are a 5 minute walk away, Lake Ainsworth is a 15 minute walk away

Welcome to our Air conditioned downstairs studio in downtown Lennox. A short 5 minute stroll (no hills) to beach, shops and cafes. I should mention that you need to climb up 10 wooden steps to enter the studio. The studio has a Queen size bed, air conditioner,kitchen with 4 burner cooktop, microwave, bathroom, toilet, TV, WiFi, Netflix, laundry , bbq. Modern new studio opposite Belongil Beach with a short 10 minute walk to town and a 3 minute walk to the famous Treehouse restaurant and bar. The studio has a separate entrance from the main house. The kitchen has a full fridge, hot plate, microwave ( located in cupboard above the fridge) and air fryer. There is mini weber bbq for guest use. This cabin has everything you need for a lovely seaside break including aircon and a fan.

The full thickness queen sized bed is a wall bed and can be easily tilted up into the wall to allow for a flexible space.
