Here you live in the countryside but still only 15 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you prefer to stroll and experience the small town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 minutes away by car. For those who play golf, there are two nice golf courses at Österlens Golf Club within 15 minutes by car. In addition, there are all the sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad, etc.

Next to the buildings, there is meadowland and to the east, you will find a smaller private pond with varying amounts of water depending on the seasons.

There are beautiful walks that start right outside the house. Here you can really relax and enjoy the silence. Price per night is inclusive. There are no additional costs. A second, smaller apartment, consisting of a large room, with living and sleeping area, as well as kitchenette and bathroom, can be rented for additional travelers or a second small family.
