Brand new and fully equipped house of 28 sqm in Danderyd, 15 minutes north of central Stockholm. The house was completed in January 2024 and is located on a quiet cul-de-sac 100 meters from a fantastic nature reserve with endless options for walking, hiking and swimming. In 10-15 minutes by car, you can reach both the sea with nice swimming areas or two of Scandinavia's largest shopping centers (Täby Centrum and Mall of Scandinavia. The house has waterborne floor heating, a permanent workplace, good Wi-Fi and parking with charging.

Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

Large and spacious apartment in the middle of Barkarbystaden. Here there is good communication with buses right outside. From the nearest train station you can reach City in just under 15 minutes. The apartment is fully furnished with everything that could be possible so you can move in right away. Newly renovated, fully equipped, detached guest house IN quiet villa area, with good parking facilities. Good communications with 10 mins walk to Metro. Solvalla, Bromma Blocks, Mall of Scandinavia and Friends Arena can be reached easily by car in 10 minutes. 30 minutes drive to Arlanda, also easy to get with the airport bus to Kista, from there bus a station.
