Casa Lagoa VIEW AND PRIVATE BARBECUE

We installed air conditioners in both bedrooms in August 2025 :) We had a problem with humidity in the bathroom, already solved! In front of Lagoa das Palmeiras. Yard with barbecue facing the lagoon, 500 meters from Shopping Park Lagos, fiber optic Wi-Fi and independent entrance. In the morning, imagine waking up facing this beautiful landscape and sleeping while being enveloped by the breeze looking at the moon. The front bedroom balcony provides this experience from the bed or hammock, your choice :)

Cozy house, 1 bedroom with double bed, full kitchen, bathroom, living room with double sofa bed and cable TV and external balcony, facing the lake. Excellent location in the Palmeiras neighborhood, one of the most upscale in Cabo Frio, by car it is 5 minutes from the center, 8 minutes from Praia do Forte and 20 minutes from Búzios and Arraial do Cabo. Neighborhood with its own infrastructure, restaurants, supermarket, bakery, pharmacies and 800 meters from shopping. It allows 1 small vaccinated animal.

Complete house that comfortably accommodates long and/or short stays. It was the house where we lived, so it was 100% assembled when we moved. It has air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms, wifi and an important point: the garage is narrow, suitable for 1 hatchback car, uncertain to fit larger cars, but it can happen. Located close to bakeries, markets, pharmacies, bazaar, gym, gastronomic center, etc. Easy access to Shopping Park Lagos (1.5 km away), beaches, Arraial and Búzios

Nice house, on the sand, facing the sea of Arraial do Cabo. We are 6 km, 11 minutes, from Cabo Frio-RJ airport. The space features an en-suite (sea view), with air-conditioning, a double bed, and a bi-bed with two single mattresses. Bedroom 2 (not en-suite), with air-conditioning, double box bed, with two single auxiliary beds. There is an equipped kitchen, full service area, 2 full bathrooms and a living room with sofa bed and TV. Events are not allowed. Insta: @amar_casa

Pleasant cottage, on the sand, facing the wonderful blue sea and sunset of Arraial do Cabo. Enjoy our decks, top and bottom, with stunning views in a relaxing atmosphere. Our chalet is finely finished, decorated in a casual style, and is equipped with a kitchen with utensils. We are 6.5 km, 13 minutes, from Cabo Frio-RJ airport.
