Waterfront vacation rentals in Sion Farm

Karin's condo is right on the beach, overlooking the sea. It had all the amenities that we needed including snorkeling gear. We had a small issue with a crack in the guest bathroom shower that leaked water into the hallway, which was immediately fixed and the shower was usable again. The pool was great and the grounds were kept up well. Definitely recommend this condo.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. There are beautiful views of the ocean. It was clean and spacious with updated kitchen and bathrooms. It is steps from the ocean. There are great amenities at the clubhouse like shuffle board , corn hole and a ping pong table The pool was clean and there are lounge chairs, and a beautiful beach for swimming. Check-in was easy and the owner very responsive. The Sunny Shack had really good food and friendly service, as well as a large selection of beach drinks. We will definitely be returning.

Had a wonderful time and this area is a hidden gem. When going there do not use Apple Maps…. Follow Joy’s link to get there -that made it easy. A perfect place to relax and we will definitely be back.

We had a grest stay. Beautiful place, the view and the beach were gorgeous. Jeff and Katy had everything you could possibly need at the condo for a memorable visit. Well worth the money.

The condo offered a good value with great views of the sea from this 3rd floor unit. The mid-Northside location of the island makes for convenient travel to beaches of the North, East, and West and to Christiansted. The open Northeast facing deck with cooling sea breezes is great for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The condo has good, serviceable furniture throughout with some fixtures in the bath and kitchen appearing new. ...and a "lending" bar!! Everything was available for for a relaxing, totally enjoyable short or longer-term stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was super clean and comfortable. Beautiful balcony view of the ocean. Great location in a gated community that was easy to access. We appreciated having the beach chairs and towels. You have to check out Blues BBQ that’s right down the road. We are from Texas and the brisket was some of the best we’ve ever had - Eddie is a great dude too and makes the best margs! A huge shoutout to Shawnte who was the best host, checked in on us and offered great local recommendations. You can’t go wrong with this rental!

My family of three (wife and 11yo daughter) visited STX for the second straight year and luckily found Dee’s place. Condo was as described: right on the beach and clean… What we did not expect was how perfectly quiet and secluded this condo would be. STX is generally a quiet island, but despite numerous units, me and my daughter were generally the only people at the pool for ten straight days, the condo is absolutely silent, and the other residents are quite friendly and helpful. The beach is walkable and we snorkeled several times at low tide, seeing an array of sea-life feet from the condo; we even saw a lion fish! Condo is central to everything: 12 minutes from the Christiansted Government Parking (free) which was perfect for several short stops, and 30 minutes from Sandy Point and Point Udall. Condo was comfortable all around and laundry in unit was a plus. Dee’s place was perfect for our family. Already hoping to return.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation, with all the amenities you could want. Loved having the covered outdoor area for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or just a relaxing hour of reading.

The home was beautiful, very well decorated good furnishing, and the view is amazing. We spent most of our time outside on the terrace it’s just gorgeous. It’s in a good location too very secure very private. I will definitely return again and again.

Wayne’s place is perfect! It’s very well stocked, clean and spacious with private entries from the deck for each person in your party. Being located on the east end allowed us to see all the best spots the island has to offer. 6 minutes behind the house is a hike down to Jacks Bay, one of the most majestic sights on the island. There wasn’t a single item we needed that was not provided and you can’t beat the view. A flight delay due to ice storms in the mainland left us panicking and Wayne and John (co host) went above and beyond to help us extend our accommodations without panic. So lucky to have literally been “stranded on an island” at A Wave From It All” and can’t wait to return. Thank you John and Wayne so much for an incredible stay!

The house and the views were beautiful. It worked perfectly for our family. The pool was a great place for the kids. My only complaint, and certainly not Nadia’s fault, the power and internet was very spotty. That’s the island’s issue. We loved every minute!

Absolutely amazing hosts! Tracey and Peter went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely personable, making us feel right at home. Their attention to detail and thoughtful touches did not go unnoticed. They were always available to help, offer great recommendations, and ensure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find hosts who are not only accommodating but also truly invested in making your experience special. We can’t thank them enough and would absolutely love to stay with them again!

Eric was an awesome host. Place was as described. Great location and community with pool and beach right next to each other. The Beach Shake was amazing and super convenient serving up great drinks and food. The private beach is nice but I would recommend wearing water shoes as the broken coral can get pretty sharp.

This is a truly special home! The view is out of this world, and the constant breeze makes it possible to enjoy being outside no matter how sunny or hot it is. We began each day at the table by the pool which is perfectly shaded by palm trees, and we ended each day on the porch listening to the sound of the waves crashing below. The pool was perfect for a dip in the afternoon and we even enjoyed some night swimming. My husband and I were here with my mother, and we were all comfortable and happy with the level of privacy the home afforded. Gil was extremely easy to work with and so helpful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

My husband and I had a wonderful time spending our honeymoon here at Tammy's place. It was very peaceful and beautiful. Tammy was very accommodating and very welcoming to us during our stay. She gave us recommendations on beaches and food places; which all were amazing! Tammy was very responsive with any questions we had. We highly recommend choosing this stay!

Staying at Roderic’s place was everything thing I thought it and more! Finding the condo was easy and check-in was a breeze. The condo was clean both outside and in. Because we were a party of six, there were some kitchen essentials I traveled with that I could have left at home. The kitchen was well stocked with condiments, teas, coffee, silverware, pots, and pans. Cooking a couple of meals during our stay felt right at home. Being footsteps away from the pool and sandy area with compliment chairs and amazing views was an added bonus. The washer and dryer worked as expected. The condo was well stocked with towels, washclothes, and other toiletries. There were beach towels available in each bedroom closet that came in very handy. I would recommend to condo to other family members and friends!

CeeCee and Dee were so communicative and very thoughtful. The condo was so quiet and comfortable, even with other guests next door. We had everything we could possibly need. All the information provided about the condo and the island itself was excellent. I could not have asked for a better experience. Everything was so easy. If we ever come back to the island I would definitely stay there again!

Very much enjoyed our stay here. The beach gear, towels, cooler, etc all being available made a huge difference for our trip and allowed us to do everything we wanted on the island. Greta central location.

Ocean’s Edge is one of our favorite finds ever on Airbnb! The condo is beautifully decorated and the balcony is every bit as large and ocean front as described in the listing. The kitchen is also well equipped and enabled us to easily cook breakfast each morning. For our group of 4, the condo provided plenty of space. We also appreciated Gina’s recommendations for restaurants, beaches and tours provided in a book. Finally, there were endless small touches we appreciated. Things such as a full compliment of “yeti” style cups for the pool, beach chairs, etc. that just made our trip that much better and easier. My family honestly cannot wait to return! Fantastic condo and find in St. Croix.

Kate’s condo at Gentle Winds was wonderful! It was stocked with way more than most rental units, including basic food staples, rum and vodka, beach chairs, umbrella, 5 beach towels and 2 coolers! The beach and pool were great and the Beach Shack was so good and so convenient! The location is situated nicely between downtown Christiansted and Cane Bay. It is necessary to drive if you want to go out for dinner, but the location is so quiet and private that it is well worth the drive to restaurants!

Great place to stay! When we arrived, the place had yet to be cleaned, but I only mention this because when I contacted Allison she responded immediately and had someone over there within minutes to clean it out. Afterwards she checked in multiple times that day to make sure all else was well. It was very much appreciated!

This was our second year staying. We love this place. I don’t like giving such a good review because it will make everyone else want to stay here and we want it for ourselves. lol!!! It felt like home. Just being honest. :-)
