We had a lovely stay at Jen's home. Photos/listing are accurate and Jens is quick to communicate. This rental is the 1st floor of a 3 fl building with the pool a half set of stairs down from the 1st fl. That being said it is a great place for 2-4 people. We were two single girls sharing and it was perfect for us. The bedrooms have AC and are spacious. Bathrooms are spotless and large. The main living area w/kitchen & couch are also spotless but a bit less useful in the heat without having AC or an opportunity to create a cross breeze (no window on the other side of the room opposite the door). But we spent most of the time on the lovely patio with the amazing ocean view anyway. I know it's usually windy - we had some windless days where a fan on the patio would have been nice. The neighborhood is very peaceful and a great location for exploring the west side beaches (Porto Mari was our fave). Pool area was our other favorite area :)

Just spent a week at Villa 2 Flamingo’s in Coral Estates. We arrived a little early and the villa wasn’t quite ready, but they were very accommodating and let us sit on the terrace until it was finished being cleaned. The neighborhood was very nice and clean. We spent every morning enjoying the terrace that had an amazing view. After a day of beach hopping, we would come back and enjoy the refreshing pool. The house was so nice and even with neighbors on each side, it was still very private. The only issues that we did have, was the bathrooms had a strong smell of sewage at times. I did contact the office and maintenance did come and resolve the issue, but the smell did come back on our last night. The one thing that I would recommend is that they provide at least one beach towel per guest. When traveling by plane, it isn’t always possible to pack towels and $50 is quite a lot to pay for the use of a beach towel. Over all, we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend.

We had an utterly incredible stay at Jean Marc and Martysa’s guesthouse. It’s like a little piece of heaven. Jean Marc and Martysa were incredibly friendly and responsive to any questions we had. I genuinely hope we can come back and stay again soon!! Can’t recommend this place enough.

Perfect spot for our group of five. Mornings and evenings were spent between the outdoor living room, pool, well stocked kitchen, and barbecue area. The 3 bedrooms are on the lower level and each room felt private with comfortable beds and black out shades. Clean well stocked kitchen with new cookware and appliances. The house is a 5-10minute WALK to restaurants, snorkeling/diving, and the rocky/coral beach where beautiful sunsets(complete with dolphins) can be caught. The neighborhood is well maintained and is very walkable for those mornings/evenings. The location of the home is central. One direction to Willemstad and most all the stunning beaches the other direction. As long as you have a car and desire some privacy, this is a three bedroom home that checked all of our boxes, so if you are on the fence look no further.

My stay here was very good. The house is beautiful as shown in the pictures. Super comfortable and spacious to be in every environment. The pool is amazing, its view and tranquility is something to note. Susanne always responded very quickly, I just wish that at the time of the initial information they would have told us that we had to pay the electricity with cash on the outside, since although it is in the house rules it is not so visible. But it was really a pleasant stay

The house is very impressive - one of the largest houses in the Coral Estate. The main living room is very spacious and looks towards the sea through a 20 foot wide sliding door opening to a covered balcony. The windows in the house are louvered, allowing a pleasant and constant flow of air throughout the living space. In addition, the house is imaginatively styled with some interesting pieces of furniture, lighting and artwork. The outside space has been lavishly landscaped with palm trees (more so than the other houses on the relatively new Coral Estate), making the property a lush oasis of privacy and relaxation. The pool is well maintained and people came twice to clean it during our 5-day stay. The location of house is excellent for a family holiday. Coral Estates is a gated community and feels very safe. 5-10 mins walking distance of the Estate facilities, including reef and bar/ restaurants. Jan and Karin were super-friendly, professional and attentive hosts.
