Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Sinsing District

Owner was so friendly, room was so cosy, big , very good price, high floor with nice view, shower pressure was excellent, air con was so cool without any issue. walked a short distance to library, sogo, harbour, food street, subway cafe, etc. Like to recommend!

Great spacious apartment

The unit is super comfortable and clean. We loved the free snacks and water. The bed were comfy, the AC os working well, and the bathroom is awesome too--with a view of the river. One point of improvement would be a bigger storage area for the luggages of guests who need to check out earlier than their flight. I would book this place again when I visit Kaohsiung.

As long as you’re okay with an older building and room, this is a fantastic option. It’s super convenient, with easy access to everything you might need. The host was very responsive, and right outside, you’ll find plenty of small local shops, convenience stores, and a major shopping center. Plus, if you need to get around, it’s right next to the light rail stop, which connects to the main station. Highly recommend, especially if you plan on staying for a long time and are looking for something more cost effective.

The landlord is really, really nice, because there are nine people in the whole group, we need five rooms, each with a double bed, we really sleep comfortably, we mainly go to Kaohsiung for a run the next day, the landlord let us check out an hour later, and then provide information on relatively cheap parking lots nearby, and recommended delicious breakfasts nearby in the morning, he is a great host. Not to mention the room, there is a shower and toilet on each floor, so you don't have to worry about fighting for the toilet if there are many people, and there is plenty of hot water, so you don't have to worry, the water pressure is normal, and there are mahjong and TV on the top floor, which is a great place for everyone to hang out.There is also ktv on the first basement floor, so you can sing if you don't want to chat or play mahjong.

The host is very accommodating. I love that you can self-check in and out. I was hesitant at first because some reviews said that the noise is disturbing but in my case it’s not. All the things you need are provided beforehand. Will definitely recommend and go back here! 5/5 💖

The room is clean and tidy, the host is friendly, and the facilities are well equipped, making our stay very comfortable!Miss Zhang took care of the room for us, it was spotless, thank you very much for the hospitality of the host and Miss Zhang, very considerate!🥰 The only problem is that there is karaoke downstairs, and the sound is sometimes quite loud, sometimes it sounds quite good, but sometimes the aunt and uncle should practice. The host has already mentioned when😅 booking, and earplugs are also provided. My partner and I can accept it, but if you are sensitive to sound, you may need to consider it. Overall, it is super recommended!👍👍👍

Eric was helpful in talking to the taxi guy to get to his place correctly and he waited to welcome him to recommend the room perfectly. There was nothing to be flawed but only to see. If you are a foreigner, get in touch on whatsa pp or write a message through AB's communication channel, he responds to all questions.

Great location. The host is very friendly and fast to the problem solve. Midnights Karaoke isn’t a biggest issue but it can be a little disturbing. Overall my stay was great.
