It was a good place to be live in Seoul. The house was clean, complete for all essential things and on the first time you enter the house it smell was soooo gooood. The location is so nice, close with subway and bus station. The host really helpfull, she help me to order fried chicken 🤣🤣 I will come to this house again once coming to Seoul again. Thankyou!!!!

Young Ju is a great owner, very helpful and responds immediately. The flat location is near Yeoksam station exit 1, short 5-7 mins walk. We had a family reunion and the flat could accomodate our big family, the younger ones occupied the 2nd floor. The flat has everyhing you need to feel like home for a month or even longer.

Fefa Station is the nearest station.From Fefa Station, there is no up and down the road, so it is easy to understand and easy to get to the house.(You can also walk to Dongdaemun Station and Jongno 5-ga Station, but it is a little further than Fefa Station, and there is a little up and down.) The bus stop called Dongdaemun General Market is about between Dongdaemun Station and Jongno 5-ga Station, so it is easy to understand how to get to and from the airport⇔ house. The house is clean and stylish as pictured.It is kept clean and pleasant. There is also a range, pots, dishes, silverware, pots, knives, etc., and dish soap. You can also use the washing machine, but please take your detergent with you. There is also a balcony where you can enjoy meals. The surrounding area is safe and very quiet. There is a Starbucks and CU (convenience store) between the area around Fefa Station to the house, making it convenient.There are also cafes, mochi shops, and bakeries. There is also a hair dryer in the bathroom.Body soap and shampoo are also available.Bring your own toothbrush. It took too long to go straight to Seoul after work, so I decided to stay in Asan Asan, and it was an excellent choice. The barbecue on the rooftop was so impressive, and since I lit the fire myself, I was able to barbecue in a better environment than a pension. The room was so clean and cozy, and it was refreshing to have a dining table that was good for drinking and talking until late at night. The TV is pretty good. The picture quality was also good. It was my first time using Airbnb, but it was a place that blew away all prejudices and worries. I was so grateful to go with happiness because the space was so nice.

Great location! Short walks to both Hongdae and Sinchon, with easy access to other parts of Seoul. Located in a very calm and quiet street. John was a great person and host, responded super quick, and gave a very good description of how to get there from the Airport, so everything went really smooth. Also upon arrival, he showed me how everything in the apartment works. The apartment itself has all the basic things you need, even a washing machine, which was great! Some parts of the place could have been more thoroughly cleaned. But all in all, considering the price, location, and the host John, I will say it's a great option for stay in Seoul.

Apartment looks a little bigger than it actually is in the photos and the upper floor is quite dark. The place is still a 10/10. I felt at home after a short time. The amenities and condition of the apartment were immaculate. A beautiful view from the roof terrace, plenty of towels and everything right nearby. 7 Eleven 2 min walk. If I come to Gangnam again, I will definitely book this place again! Thank you for this lovely stay! :)

The outdoor terrace was so nice. Seoul Station was also nearby, so the location was so good. I recommend it to others!!!!

The host, Jongnam, was extremely accommodating from the get go, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. This went beyond my stay as he helped store my luggage after checkout and also helped order a cab to the airport. Definitely recommend this stay! Perfect for solo travellers!

Great place to stay, very clean, lots of food to eat around, and shops to buy

Haha is a very nice host and she gave a very detailed instructions on how to get to her place. its near hongdae and a bus ride to myeongdong.. just study the bus route and mrt and it will be easy to navigate the Seoul. Since we stayed on the 3rd flr Haha even helped us to bring up and down all our luggages.

perfect location and cozy place

Very well maintained. The blankets and pillows are soft and clean. The bathroom, pool, and bathtub are also very convenient and clean to use. There is a washing machine and a dryer, so you can do laundry, and there is detergent, fabric softener, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Furniture, tableware, and barbecue firewood are all high quality. I felt the owner's thoughtful heart. It's a place I want to go again if I get the chance.

It was nice because it was quiet since it was a residential area. I'm sensitive to bedding, but it was fluffy and cozy, so it was the best place I've stayed! There were lots of fun and food nearby, so I had a good date, and I was able to eat at the dining table on the rooftop that was like a campsite, so it became a meaningful memory:) The object was emotional, and I felt better as soon as I entered the song that played, thank you.

I stayed for a while because of my company commuting to work, and I was satisfied. Thank you for securing the parking space and taking care of us so much. I rested well at the accommodation after work in a quiet and comfortable atmosphere.

The height of the accommodation was very high, so the space was good, and it was so nice that all the facilities were neatly maintained. In particular, it was really nice to have a lot of small amenities. Disposable toothbrushes, plenty of towels, foam cleansing, Bluetooth speakers, and other seasonings were neatly arranged, so it was so comfortable that it was almost like they didn't prepare anything. Pretty glass cups, bowls, and cutlery were neatly and generously prepared, and the necessary fixtures and disposables for using the barbecue were so well prepared that I had a really comfortable time. I don't usually use shared tableware, but it was so pretty and cleanly prepared, so I used it well. The space separation was also good, so it was very comfortable. It's an accommodation with a high level of satisfaction to the point that I want to come again next time :)

Very good accommodation in a quiet location. Children were very happy about darts, table tennis, PSO, Netflix, etc.). Many options nearby (cafes, restaurants, park with river, basketball court, etc.) Very child-friendly. Great, helpful hosts. Very good and cheap hairdresser across the street. Nice neighbors. Came back 1 week later. Highly recommended.

Ey made everything easy and convenient from start to finish. She was always extremely friendly, responsive, proactive and helpful. Her space was clean and free of clutter. Comfortable and private space, conveniently located near Camp Humphreys. Great host, and will definitely stay again!

The house is exceptionally clean and conveniently located just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to get around the city. The owner is also very responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any questions or concerns, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable

It’s only 15/20 min walk from lotte world and lotte tower and you can enjoy the view during that walk 🤌🏻

I rested comfortably and well.

1. Best place to stay if you love shopping in gangnam. It's pretty much close to so many restaurants and shops 2. Gaining access to public transport is super easy as the place is close the bus stops, train stations and taxi drivers are everywhere 3. The host is amazing! Mr Lee was very helpful with my inquiries and gave myself a tour around the local area. 4. The apartment was spacious with plenty of space (much bigger than the usual apartments). 5. Overall I had a blast staying there :) Would highly book it again if I were to visit Gangnam again

Worth the stay if you plan to travel around. Close to the station with lots of great food and activity nearby. If taxis to get around was cheap!
