Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. Beach house with stunning view over the sea

Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to the beach with jetty and beach café. Fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves. Two beds where you lie on the first floor and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two stovetops, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Large terrace, gas grill. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad, where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

45 m2 large pearl of an apartment in Sandkås. 70 m from the waterfront. Space for a total of four adults and a couple of smaller children divided into one bedroom with one very large bed, which requires sleeping with the kids (220*200cm) and a sofa bed in the living room (140*200cm). The bathroom is new and has a large shower. There is a new kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a large south-facing terrace, where there is sun all day. 50 meters from the door there is one of Denmark's most beautiful coastal paths that leads you directly into Allinge town (3 km)

Stay near the sea in Brantevik on Österlen

The location of the house is perfect for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rocky swimming areas, wonderful white beaches nearby. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed for free. Our guest house is located in a village with several restaurants/cafés that are mainly open in the summer. You'll like the little charming house because of the tranquility, the secluded garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150 meters from the beach. The accommodation is best suited for couples or small families.

Cottage in Juleboda/Österlen next to Maglehem & the sea

Within walking distance is the vast beautiful beach that stretches from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025, we have 4 new nice bicycles in the cottage that can be used by guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in Helge Å, among other places. The military facility Ravlunda shooting range is a bit away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no activity. In other periods, sounds and bangs from shooting exercises can be heard.
