Rural quiet location in the heart of Österlen

Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time stay in the countryside. You will stay in our apartment, which is located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live in the countryside but still only 15 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you prefer to stroll and experience the small town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 minutes away by car. For those who play golf, there are two nice golf courses at Österlens Golf Club within 15 minutes by car. In addition, there are all the sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad, etc.

Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to the beach with jetty and beach café. Fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves. Two beds where you lie on the first floor and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two stovetops, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Large terrace, gas grill. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad, where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

Stay near the sea in Brantevik on Österlen

The location of the house is perfect for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rocky swimming areas, wonderful white beaches nearby. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed for free. Our guest house is located in a village with several restaurants/cafés that are mainly open in the summer. You'll like the little charming house because of the tranquility, the secluded garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150 meters from the beach. The accommodation is best suited for couples or small families.

Stay in a classic Shepherd's hut in the middle of Folk & Frukt's organic apple orchard. A trailer built throughout in solid eco-materials. Equipped with double bed, kitchen, stove, shower and toilet. The trailer is completely 'off grid'. Here you can be completely disconnected and experience the feeling of living in the middle of an apple orchard. The nearest neighbors are Baskemölla eco-village with its varied architecture. 500 m down to Baskemölla harbor for a morning swim from the harbor pier.

Newly renovated by the architect owners offering two individually designed apartments and a cabin on an adjacent field. The site is almost 2 acres centred around a charming cobbled courtyard shaded by a large chestnut tree. There are varied spaces to socialise from outdoor breakfast to barbecues in the sunset.

Här kan du avnjuta goda middagar på två generösa uteplatser med grill eller inomhus vid ett rymligt matbord. Här finns något för både gammal och ung då närmaste granne är byns lekplats där två boulebanor ingår. Simris är en gammal anrik by med trevliga promenadstråk. Det är cykelavstånd till Simrishamn och stränder.

Norrut tar du den underbara strandpromenaden i Carl von Linnés fotspår mot fiskesamhället Vik. Närhet till fantastiska sandstränder och alla små guldkorn som Österlen kan erbjuda. Obs!
