Vacation rentals in Simm's Settlement

Thatch Bay Cottage is absolutely beautiful inside and out. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay for a week. The interior and exterior matches the pictures, but the pictures can’t even do the views justice. We hope to come back for another stay in the future. Thanks Che and Glen!

Our family really enjoyed our time at Seabreeze Villa. The house and location were absolutely beautiful. The kayaks and paddle boards were a great bonus to explore the flats on the beach access in the backyard. The kitchen was well stocked which worked out great for us, we cooked most our meals at the house. The only thing I would point out would be that the backyard has a lot of overgrowth (more than in booking photos), blocking off some of the absolutely stunning views - but that detail is trivial. The host was extremely helpful with recommendations and responsive.

Anya's place is just stunning! Exactly as described, we felt immediately at home. The peaceful surroundings and privacy of the accommodation were both appreciated. And the car that came with the house was an added bonus. We explored the island from end to end! No problems with it at all. Anya was always quick to respond and checked in with us a few times to make sure everything was okay. We would absolutely stay here again on this beautiful island.

My family and I were absolutely blown away with the beauty and surroundings of this home. All of the kitchen amenities were absolutely amazing and we did not go without anything. 100% we would stay here again. It was the best week of our lives!

My colleagues and I loved this Airbnb. It was perfect for our work trip. The WiFi was fast and the living space was comfortable and well thought out. The beds were super comfortable and made for a restful sleep after long days. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and clean up. I highly recommend booking this Airbnb!

Rrrrhouse was a simple beach house that worked perfectly for our family. The short walk to the beach was easy and the beach was mostly empty for our stay. The kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials and the bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. The beds were also very comfortable and we appreciated the room darkening curtains for our kids naps. We loved our stay and would absolutely recommend Rrrrhouse. Side note- I would highly recommend bringing bug spray because the island had a lot of mosquitos (especially at sunrise/sunset). There are also sand flies that bite your feet and legs. The locals recommended baby oil to keep them off and it worked great!

Michelle and Jason were great hosts! Rental was very clean and comfortable. Exactly as described in listing. Perfect location to explore all of Long Island. We will definitely come back to visit and rent again.

This was our family’s second trip to Long Island and our second time staying at Atil’s. We loved every minute of our time on the island and at Atil’s home. The location of this house is truly perfect…it’s amazing to be able to walk to Dean’s Blue Hole. The house also includes so many wonderful additions like a kayak, clear kayak, and beach chairs. Our three boys (1, 3, and 6) love the closet full of toys, playing in the yard, and running up and down the giant veranda. It’s a perfect house for a family! Atil is an incredibly generous and attentive host. He truly tries to take care of the people who stay at his house. Thank you, Atil, for another wonderful trip! We can’t wait to return!
