Aviemore town and shops are a 10 min stroll down a lovely quiet lane, banked by views of the mountains and the Strathspey Steam Railway. Close to the Speyside Way, The Birdhouse is a great base for all outdoor activities or relaxing in a pretty home in quiet surroundings. The house is a short 10 min walk from the nearest shops with supermarket & takeaway.

The Snug at The Ski Lodge, Aviemore

The Snug is a newly renovated living space to the rear of The Ski Lodge which was completed on 16th July 2020. It is suitable for set up as double or twin accommodation in a hotel grade bed/s for two people. The Snug has a wet room, its own entrance and outdoor seating area. Please note that there are no kitchen facilities within the rental space. There are, however, a range of takeaway food options, pubs and restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

A detached cottage situated on a corner plot of Lochan Mor development with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an ensuite. Secure garden to the rear. A local supermarket, takeaway's and bike hire are only a short walk from the cottage. The main street with many bars and restaurants is within walking distance. A path next to the house leads onto the Aviemore Orbital and the Speyside Way which are great walking and cycling trails.

Beautifully converted agricultural barn set deep in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park. Nestled at the foot of Craigowrie mountain the barn has stunning views of the Cairngorms and Spey valley. Amazing walks straight out of the front door and up into the hills. A perfect get away for romantic weekends or nature lovers!
