Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Silver Spring

The place was beautiful, and very spacious. It is very well decorated and has a lot of character. There are a lot of entertainment amenities including the projector, Alexa in each of the rooms, and tvs throughout the property. There is a quaint exterior area on the rooftop, which is great for grilling out and just relaxing. We will definitely be back on subsequent trips. Jason is very responsive and respectful, he is definitely an amazing host.

The studio was perfect for my short stay in the Washington, D.C. area as it's close to the Wheaton Metro station (about two miles) and highways. The neighborhood is very quiet, as is the unit itself. The studio has a lot of open space and was very comfortable. The mattress and pillows were amazing! Zena was very responsive and provided great information about the local area prior to my arrival.

Just what we needed to get away from the busy house where everyone else was staying. It was quiet and comfortable. The kitchen has several basics like olive oil and a few mini waters and instant coffee. It’s a quirky house with charm. We would absolutely stay there again!

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Claudia’s house. It’s one of the best AirBnB’s in which we’ve stayed. Ever. And Claudia is attentive, kind, and ready to make the stay a good one. This is this top of our list anytime we need an AirBnB in Woodbridge.

Perfect place for our stay in Germantown. Very cozy and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. Plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own space and also the family room was big enough for everyone to hang out together.

We had and excellent stay and the house was gorgeous. Kate communicated clearly and was very compassionate about why we needed to be there; one of our best friends funeral. The space was beautiful, modern charm, clean, and accommodating. Everything inside the house was easy to find and had everything we needed for a quick DC trip with our 4 kids (including a pizza cutter!). The host even helped us with parking, while we took the metro into DC. Closest station was less than 1 block away. Would absolutely stay again!

Gillian and Boe were great communicators and super friendly and helpful. Everything was easy! A great stay. For detail-minded visitors: the bed was VERY comfy. And the shower is not large (stall size) but awesome water pressure and heat - felt like a mini-spa in there, a real treat :) We came during peak of spring in DC and their yard was full of beautiful blooms - a delightful bonus.

So many wonderful things to say about this stay. The location was even better than anticipated. Great restaurants, Trader Joe’s, and lovely playground just a couple blocks away. The host went above and beyond to setup a baby bed for us. It was a great place for kids. Not a lot of noise in the neighborhood. The host was very helpful with our questions about riding the metro as we are from a town with no metro. Thank you for accommodating our family with small children!

We enjoyed our stay at Trish's place. She was very helpful and friendly, and even shared an item from her own kitchen to make our stay even better. The place is very homey and cozy and we enjoyed the fireplace. The neighborhood is peaceful and attractive.

Robert is the friendliest host I've had the pleasure to have, I felt right at home. The are felt very safe, I was comfortable going for my runs every morning, and Robert was kind enough to let me take his dog Rubi on a run with me. If I ever come back to the DMV area, this is the only place I'll stay.

A great centrally-located spot. A Whole Foods and lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. We would stay there again!

It was comfortable and beautiful. The Johnson’s made me feel at home and safe. They provided all kinds of homely things, coffee, microwave, tea, trash bags and extra towels, soaps, lotions, pots and pans. This was truly like being at home. They talked to me like a friend not a customer. I would advise others to try this new way to stay in a hotel.

Tremendous location for our first visit to DC, beautiful location and really accessible for all tourist sights. Lots of cafes, bars and marts close by and everyone in DC super helpful.

Had an awesome stay in here! Heather introduced me to various Washington DC attractions and gave helpful tips on how I can maximize my time around the area. She communicated effectively before and during my stay with the intent to set me up for as much success as possible. The listing is located in a safe + walkable + friendly neighborhood that is in close proximity to all the major attractions in the area. It was easy to navigate using the Metro, walking, driving/rideshare, or E-scooter + E-bike. The entire house, my room, and my bathroom were pristine and exceeded my expectations - I appreciated all the artwork, ambience, and attention to detail that was put in. This place is a gem, highly recommended!

Thos home was so perfect for myself and six of my family members. The house was absolutely beautiful, clean and really well put together. The beds were so comfortable and the host was super responsive. I don't have anything negative to say about our experience at all. The area is super close to a large shopping area so it was easy to get to food and anything else we needed.

We will try to stay here again, for any future visits to DC. This home felt so warm, welcoming and uncomplicated. It was the perfect location to be central to everything, yet offers a blooming, picturesque backyard retreat to unwind. I will forever be grateful for the amazing weekend my wife and I spent at the Dulles Executive Resort. It was love at first sight when we checked in after an overwhelmed 5 hours red eye flight. We needed a secluded place to rest and it was far better than what we had hoped for even beyond a stretch of our imagination. Beside being conveniently located less than 10 minutes away from IAD, the DER offers so many amenities..Our host welcoming attitude left no room for reproach. To start this review off, Amir was a lifesaver for our group. We had an issue with our other Airbnb where we booked and had to leave at 2:00 AM. Amir responded to our message very late at night and allowed a seamless check-in. Thank you so much! On top of that, we really loved our stay here! The space is very large and comfortable for a group. The coffee bar is stocked too! We loved the outdoor spaces but didn't end up really taking advantage of them. The house is well located in relation to DC and a short drive from the Metro (not walkable). It's a beautiful space and very modern! It's clean, safe, and perfect for a group that wants to spend time in DC and have a peaceful place to return to. A great place to stay!
