Condo vacation rentals in Silver Spring

This unit in Columbia Heights is charming and very comfortable. It’s in a great location, easily walkable to the metro station and very easy to find. Love that there was a parking space for use, which is difficult to find in DC. The unit was very spacious and was great for my husband and I to spend the week. The kitchen was great and well stocked with coffee, dishes, and other necessities. Living space is clean, very comfortable, and very quiet. Meredith was a super host and provided great instructions both for check in and check out. This was an excellent place to stay while visiting DC!

Great stay!! Would definitely rebook! Did have some functional issues with the garage but Matt was quick with responses so it wasn’t much of an issue.

I sent my parents on a quick getaway to relax and spend some time together, and they had an amazing experience. The space was beautiful and very relaxing. They truly enjoyed themselves and spoke highly of the location. They would love to come back as soon as possible! Ivan was a great host and very responsive whenever they had any questions. Wonderful stay all around.

The apartment building is situation in a prime location near restaurants, grocery stores etc, The host that I communicated with was Rodrigo who is an absolute Super Host. He is always available to assist and responds almost immediately. The apartment however is located across the road from a 7Eleven which makes it very noisy and quite disruptive if you are looking for a quiet place. I would recommend that block out curtains be put in the bedroom as sleeping is also a challenge due the amount of light that filters through due to the 7Eleven's 24hrs street lighting. The apartment itself is great though.

Laurence's place was just as described and was extremely clean and organized! Such a gem this place as it had so many advantages that ranged from the free parking, peaceful community and overall ambiance. Rosalyn's House was laid out perfectly, with lots of natural light and beautiful views of the gardens outside. The two-tone paint on the walls in the living area and nicely selected art was definitely a step above the average rental house. The Kitchen was one of the best equipped we have seen, and we loved the coffee options. The appliances were top notch. Rosalyn was always available to help us with questions and respond with help. The home was clean and well-maintained. We really enjoyed our stay!

Me and my family went for our daughter UMD Graduation and this location was amazing. Just 15 minutes away. Hardly any traffic getting there with multiple ways in and out. The house was PERFECT, in the sense that had everything we needed and more. Super spacious and great neighborhood. This was my first interaction renting a property for 8 days and the entire process was flawless. If I ever need to comeback to the DC area, I will most definitely reach out again to DaJuan. Overall the fam & I loved it. The king air mattress & regular bed were both super comfy. Having off street parking was very helpful (had 2 cars, made it flexible to park both next to the rental). Street parking came very easy as well. The rental felt cozy and at home. We'll be keeping this listing in mind next time we're visiting DC. Walkable to union market & 930 club neighbors. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect spot and highly recommended for visiting the area that is dotted with well restored vintage homes, massive oaks, and beautiful gardens. One minute walk to Logan Circle and then onto the commercial area beyond. Lots of space, hip & modern, and squeaky clean. Everything was provided for kitchen and bathroom needs. We loved the front garden with the table and 2 chairs where you can sit and watch the world go by. Thank you Benjamin for being a great host.

We had a great weekend stay-cation in this condo! The location is great and very walkable to many different things - restaurants, grocery stores, convenient stores, etc. The check-in process was seamless with Leslie’s thorough instructions. The condo was extremely clean and tidy. There were snacks and waters available as well as plenty of towels and toiletries. Leslie was very easy to get a hold of and very timely with responses to any questions we had. Overall we felt very safe and comfortable here and would absolutely book this location again!

The place was central to where we wanted to visit and the parking by the roadside was free . Home was good and comfortable except for some amenities that were missing . Other than that the home is very comfortable !

I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

Trip went very well worth every penny. Owner was very helpful answered whenever we called to help with check in gave us no problems about playing music on their Alexa or living room tv. Would get again for another trip.

Stayed here with two of my friends for a long weekend and we had a wonderful time! Room was incredibly clean and very spacious, with a lovely kichenette. Staff were amazing, amenities like the pool and hot tub were great, and overall a great experience. Janee was also super helpful, kind, and responsive!

This condo is highly recommended. The host is very easy to work with and provides beautiful and comfortable accommodations. The condo is incredibly close to the Friendship Heights Metro stop along with a list of other shops, restaurants, and grocers. The building is easy to navigate and quiet. Everyone really keeps to themselves. I truly enjoyed my stay, felt safe, and would absolutely stay here again.

Nearly a perfect place for our one Week stay in DC. The equipment in the unit and the building ist perfect. Easy to check in with the guide, smooth contact and timely help during the stay. Not complaining but the cleaning of the sofa and the carpet could’ve been more thorough.
