Staying in 23 degree condo for a month was a wonderful memory for us. After checking in, Koy kindly resolved some inconveniences immediately and offered me a tour of Kaoyai's good restaurants and national parks. Also, Koy made us feel comfortable during our stay as if we were at an old friend's house.

Awesome view, gorgeous afternoon breeze, perfect for golfers, great lifestyle spaces. Perfect for sundown drinks at the end of a days golf or national park exploring!

We wanted a place to spend a weekend with friends to do a trekking in Khao Yai but this amazing house really exceeded our expectations! First, the communication with the host was super dynamic from the beginning, and they answered all our questions and even provided great suggestions. At check in they left a wonderful gift for us. The house itself is beautiful and super functional and fully equipped. We loved it and would definitely come back!

Lovely pool with lush greenery. You must take that walk/drive to The Peri Hotel just beside for B299 buffet breakfast. Not to be missed.

This is a lovely apartment, four of us stayed for two nights and it was very comfortable. It is well situated but you do need a car to explore the area, which is quite large so this really goes for wherever you stay. There's some beautiful places to visit, I'd recommend the national park for great views.

If you want a place to stay that is close to nature, we recommend that you book the accommodation of K. Ratana because it is spacious, close to many tourist attractions and famous restaurants, and convenient to travel. There is no internet service in the room, and you cannot use a TV. However, it is still a place to stay that is suitable for relaxing and admiring nature. Highly recommended.

Great house, beautiful location. Amazing accommodations. We enjoyed our time at Aruch’s house and his housekeeper was very helpful. We enjoyed grilling and having a dog friendly house was lovely. The pin linked as the address sends you to downtown Pak Chong but the title of the listing is actually the address. We had a great time and would return .

Best place for big family and reunion of old friends to enjoyable together. The most privacy and comfortable one. Great ambient surround with greenery view and multi level of landscape. Friendly people live around. Love this place. We will visit again.

The place is super spacious suitable for big families and large group of friends to hang out and spend a getaway time together in a peaceful location.

We had a fantastic experience at the Country Hut, and we need to break it down to really do the place and the people justice for the amazing place they had prepared: The Hut We’ve been to a number of country resorts before, and this was one of the best we have been. The house is actually normally inhabited by Chutirada’s parents, except when there’re guests during which time they will move to stay at a small hut in the back garden. So the house is kept impeccably clean – much cleaner than most country resorts we’ve been to. We had been a bit wary of bugs and small wild animals at other country/jungle resorts in the past, but this hut kept the bugs out very well somehow. Only minor nuisances were mosquitoes which only came at dusk and are normal in Thailand anyway. The hut comes fully equipped as a house should be, and the parents had prepared a bowl of fruits and a loaf of bread along with some large bottles of water for us to use during out stay; not to mention kitchen basics such as dishes and utensils, salt/pepper, and kitchen that we can use for cooking / heating food. We were a family of 4 and we fit comfortably in the space. The Surrounding This was the highlight for us. The place is located far from the usual touristy spots of Wang Nam Kieo, and is surrounded by large patches of fruit farms owned by people in the community. We absolutely loved how quiet it was; with no tourist activities around, the night was as serene as a jungle could be and we went to sleep listening to crickets chirping and blanketed by starry night sky. The Garden Chutirada wasn’t kidding when she mentions in the posting that fruits in the garden can be picked, as her parents gave us full access to their fruit garden. We enjoyed freshly-picked guavas and star fruits while we were there. At the back of their lot there’s a small pond and organic vegetable garden, and the father gave us a short lesson on vegetable gardening – seemingly one of his passions. The People This was maybe one of the top reasons for return. Chutirada was not there, but her parents were and they were wonderful retired couple. They greeted us with warmth, brought us breakfast each morning, and were overall very friendly. They were so kind that neighbors’ dogs also like to come over and play with them, and thus made friends with us during our stay as well. Perhaps most pleasantly surprising of all though, was that they gave us 2 large (and delicious!) jackfruits freshly-picked from their garden to bring home – no charge – and invited us to come back anytime. We already made plan to return soon. Thanks Chutirada, and please thank your parents for their kindness during our stay!

Lovely house, lovely atmosphere, lovely landlord, so kind housekeeper is lovely. The entrance to the house may be a little dull. I really want you to catch on the way and the sign is clear. (small sign). Will stay again next time I have a chance.

Our third time staying here, and it always feels just as warm and inviting as the first. The location is perfect close to nature, yet super convenient. The spacious backyard is a dream for our dogs to run and play. The kitchen is well-equipped, ideal for anyone who loves to cook. Our host is always responsive and flexible, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back again soon!

K. Piyathida wasnt just an amazing host but a super friendly, polite and understanding person too. She's always there when we needed something. The house is perfect for families or a group of close friends who wish to stay and have a quality time together in Khao Yai. Beautiful views from balconies and rooftop terrace. Kitchen is properly equipped. We had a simple bbq evening at the beautiful backyard. Great time! Our group aged from 2 to 81, a total 10 pax, I can only say everyone enjoyed staying in without needing to go anywhere. Thanks again K. Piyathida!

Good for big group of adults with ease of mobility.

Great location, Great place, Nice ambiance and surroundings within the Condo was well maintained and looks very greenery. An apartment itself fairly big with big living room and two bedrooms with own bathroom was very convenient and tick our group. We will surely consider to stay there again once we have a plan for trip in Khao Yai.

The place is very nice and fully equipped with all amenities. Host provide clear detailed guidance for us so we can easily locate the house and self checkin.
