Vacation rentals with a patio in Sigulda

* sehr modern und neuwertig * alles vorhanden wenn man selbst kochen möchte * bequemes Hochbett * großzügiges Bad mit super Dusche * bei den winterlichen Temperaturen ist das Appartement kuschelig warm * tolle Lage, Bahnhof um die Ecke, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fussläufig zu erreichen, 9 Gehminuten für einen Opernbesuch * absolut ruhig im Haus, man könnte Stunden ungestört schlafen * Kleinigkeiten für den Start auch vorhanden * für Alleinreisende alles sicher * 10 von 10 Punkte von mir

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung gleich sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war ruhig im Hinterhof, die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ordentlich und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Dazu ist der dazugehörige Parkplatz im Hof sehr praktisch. Die direkte Umgebung und das Stadtviertel war richtig schön (Bars, Café,…). Auch in die Altstadt konnte man gut zu Fuß laufen.

Great apartment — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. It has everything you need. I stayed for a month and would gladly stay longer. The kitchen is fully functional, the bed is comfortable, and everything works perfectly. The apartment is small but very well laid out, with separate spaces for sleeping, cooking, working, and relaxing. It's on a quiet street, with windows facing an inner courtyard. Just a 10-minute walk to shops, public transport, cafes, and restaurants. The Old Town is about 20–30 minutes away on foot. In real life, the apartment looks even better than in the photos. Highly recommended — especially for a longer stay.

Great place. The sofa bed was very comfy. Great location. We had our flight early afternoon and Oleg let us delayed our checkout to accommodate it around our flight. Thank you!

The accommodation was very clean and nicely furnished. Everything we needed was provided. The location is very central and easily accessible. I highly recommend this Airbnb. I would book again :)

Spacious, modern and clean apartment next to a park and a big supermarket. Quiet area but 15 mins walkto many pubs and restaurant. Everything inside was clean and modern. When we arrived, however, the apartment was a bit cold because the previous guests had turned off the heating. We notified Jelena, who immediately provided an electric heater. In the end, we never used it because the flat was very warm with the heating on. The only negative point was the time it took us to find the flat. With the address provided Waze and G Map took us to a primary school. We have to call Jelena to guide us in the right direction. A map with the exact location would be very useful in the chekin instruction. Other than that, all perfect.

The place I stayed at was very elegant and lovely. The apartment had everything I needed, making my stay comfortable and convenient. It was also very spacious, with plenty of room to move around and relax.

Majutuskoht ilus ja puhas. Ümbruskond ilus ja hooldatud. Majutuskoha kirjelduses elektrisaunaga maja, aga tegelikult oli puuküttega saun eraldi lisatasu eest, seda ei olnud kirjelduses kirjas. Lisaks oli vajalik sauna kasutamise soovist varasem teavitamine. Majutaja oleks võinud seda aegsasti teavitada ja pakkuda. Majutuskohta jõudmiseks ei vasta kaardil olev aadress tegelikkusele, vajalik kasutada eraldi otsingusõna. Üldiselt oleme rahul ja soovitame.

Это был замечательный отпуск, дом очень уютный и стильный, в нем есть все необходимое для отдыха. Расположен в очень живописном месте, шикарная природа вокруг...лес, воздух, недалеко озеро! Коммуникация с Мартинсом была замечательной, реагировал сразу на все сообщения и помогал при решении наших вопросов!

Very convenient location ; plenty of space for us to relax in Secure parking

The staff was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Place was cosy and private right by the river. The house was really warm. There was only one big minus, it was the jacuzzi/hot tub - had to wait long for it to get warm, but thats no big deal, but once it got to 40-45 °C, the host turned it off and forbid us to put the heating on by ourselves. So the water stayed good and warm for about 30 minutes after which it started to get cold. So 50€ for a 30 min hot tub is rather sad, plus there is now way to enjoy the hot tub next morning before leaving.

10/10! Highly recommend for a peacefull getaway! The house is brand new and had everything that we needed for the stay. The location is quite remote, but we did not have any issues finding it. Hosts were great. Easy to communicate with and very helpful. We will for sure return when we have the opportunity!

со 2апреля по 4-е отдохнули в Царникаве, хочется поблагодарить хозяев за теплый прием, все было подготовлено для отличного отдыха с шашлыками, банькой, прекрасный ухоженный двор,c любовью подготовленные комнаты, даже в мелочах: - свежие гвоздики в комнатах, красивая посуда- все "радовало глаз". очень бы хотелось еще посетить этот гостевой дом👍👍

Ļoti skaista vieta meža ielokā pie ezera! Mājiņa un pirtiņa ir skaisti iekārtota, viss bija ļoti tīrs un mājīgs. Atpūtāmies kopā ar maziem bērniem, visiem pietika vietas, lai baudītu atpūtu. No mājiņas terases paveras skaists skats uz ezeru, izmantojām arī laivu, lai pabrauktu pa to. Ļoti atsaucīga saimniece, viegla komunikācija! :) Paldies par uzņemšanu, noteikti atgriezīsimies! :)

Dieser Ort war absolut außergewöhnlich! Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein – nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt, und von der Terrasse und dem Wohnzimmer aus konnten wir das Meer hinter den Bäumen sehen, was jeden Morgen und Abend eine besondere Atmosphäre schuf. Die großen Fenster in den Zimmern lassen viel natürliches Licht herein, was eine unglaublich angenehme Atmosphäre im ganzen Haus schafft. Der Garten ist wunderschön gepflegt und ideal zum Entspannen nach einem Tag am Strand. Aber die Küche hat mich am meisten beeindruckt – außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Mein kulinarisches Herz hat sich in diesen Ort verliebt! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in der geräumigen Unterkunft, super Lage.

Ļoti jauka un mājīga vieta, jutāmies kā mājās. Kristīne ir superīgs hosts, bija sasniedzama, uzreiz saņēmām atbildes uz interesējošiem jautājumiem, sajūta kā komunicējot ar draudzeni, ļoti sirsnīgi un jauki. Pati lokācija arī ir laba, pat ar kājām var aiziet visur, kur nepieciešams, kā arī skats pa logu bija fantastisks. Paldies!

Anna is a great host, always responsive, nice and friendly, she even had some good recommendation. The place itself is nice, modern, clean in a peaceful location and with all the amenities listed. Being in a bit of a remote location, it has it's drawbacks. First shocker was, that we couldn't flush anything other than waste, not even toilet paper. Water itself has very poor pressure and a certain aroma, because it's supplied from deep underground, but is safe to drink. This is due to the area being in national Park, so that's something you should keep in mind. Also quite a lot of mosquitoes, so pack some bug spray. (though I'm sure Anna would get you one if you asked) In conclusion, if you don't mind that, this place is wonderful and Anna is truly a superhost

Definitely was impressed with the place, loved the lay out, loved how clean it was, it had all the amenities that you need in order to stay there longer, very secure, easy to access. Great Location that brings you all the local cuisine and things to do and let's do not forget about Glorious Balcony!!! =) Loved that rooftop Balcony so much, you can sit there in the morning, day or evening with your coffee and just relax. Yes, it's in the old city and you think it would be noisy there, but it's completely the opposite! Definitely loved everything! I cannot wait to book it again! =)

Sehr große und relativ neu ausgestattete Wohnung in Zentrumsnähe. Mit dem Auto nur wenige Minuten in die Altstadt. Baiba hat uns bei allen Fragen sofort geholfen, wir hätten sogar unser Gepäck bis nach dem Chefk-Out aufbewahren können. Wunschlos glücklich.

Everything was great - a calm, nice place to stay. We stayed for one night, but it seems like it would be really great for a longer stay. Everything was clean and nicely prepared. We’d definitely consider coming back if we ever need a place to stay in Rīga. :)

Great and comfortable apartment, exactly as on the photos. :) It was really easy to get inside following instructions. Apartment itself has everything that you might potentially need for your daily routine. Recommend!

It's our third time at this beautiful apartment and we really prefer it over the hotel because Ivars and Gunta had made this place an all-inclusive experience. Thank you for your hospitality and we look forward to return again.
