All over good place, good location, good for families

Our stay at Anses apartment in Līgatne was all-round successful. The apartment is located in a listed building near the historic paper mill. With the window open, you can hear the picturesque stream rushing – almost like from a picture book. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. The large, modern kitchen is well equipped and invites you to cook. We especially liked the tastefully renovated bathroom as well as the charming combination of restored floors and stylish vintage furniture, which wonderfully accentuate the character of the house. We felt right at home. The contact with Anse went smoothly and warmly – you can feel how much passion is in this accommodation. We will be happy to come back!

Really clean & comfortable apartment within easy walking distance of Sigulda centre and the skeleton track.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful and cozy apartment. It was spotless clean , spacious and contained everything what we needed for our stay . It’s situated 10-15 min walk from train and bus station so very convenient to get to Riga or elsewhere. Groceries shop Elvi is over the street . Check in is very easy as host gave very clear instructions before check in. Thank you, Kristaps !

Great place to stay in Sigulda

We had a great stay. The apartment is nicer than what is showed on the pictures. It is on the first floor with a nice view on the big shared garden. The hosts live next door and are very reactive. The apartment is very well located to explore the area.

The apartment is cozy, clean, and has a well-equipped kitchen. It's in a quiet area, and Agnese is a responsive and helpful host. We definitely recommend! ☺️ This might be useful information for smokers; smoking on the balcony is not allowed so you need to go outside.

Cozy, clean and very comfortable house. Bedroom great. Turaida Museum Reserve and all the immediate surroundings are undoubtedly beautiful, because so uncharacteristic of flat Latvia. There is a place to go and what to see. Feini that on two sides the property was bordered by a meadow and that a full homestead of apple trees, pears, river shrubs, not thumbs. A little downside to the quiets like me - a relatively lively nearby highway, especially during preennians.

I give 5 out of 5. The location is very peaceful and surrounded by nature. We could hear birds in the morning and enjoy fresh air. It was perfect for relaxing. My kids really loved the garden and small playground area. They run around safely and had so much fun. The house is very clean and everything is well prepared. Kitchen had everything we need for cooking. Towels, bed, toilet — all very clean and comfortable. The host is very kind and always answer fast when we have questions. He gave us many helpful tips about local places and things to do. We feel very welcome. This place is really good for family trip. We want to come again in the future. Thank you so much!

We are extremely happy with everything ❤️ Place is definitely soo much better than pictures could show!! Place is amazing! Hosts are very helpful, nice and quick to communicate!! To be fare everything was so good that we didn't need any extra response!! But when needed, it was there! Little touches, such as fresh flowers on fireplace, where very thought full. We do believe that location also is very good! Turaida and Sigulda at door step! Lots to see and explore there!!! Riga is not far at all ether!! We highly recommend to stay at this beautiful home, you are in country side but close enough to explore xxx Thank you very much to our hosts for our comfortable and very enjoyable stay!!! Fantastic cabin in an excellent location. Highly recommended for bigger groups who want to chill out in the Latvian countryside

A beautiful place that we keep coming back to and would love to return again, a great destination on its own with the peaceful surroundings, spacious cooking facilities, sauna and the forest for walks.

What a beautiful place In the beautiful countryside of Latvia. I was beyond amazed by my stay. The house was just like the photos. Very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay and will be looking to visit again in August.

Xavier is a fantastic host and it was a pleasure staying at his place in Sigulda. It's located in walking distance from the train station and city center. Xavier even guided me on an exciting bicycle trip along the Gauja river - loved it! I can only recommend Xavier and would book again
