In dem Appartment befinden sich vier Betten, eine kleine Küche, Esstisch und Stühle natürlich auch und einen Fernseher mit Netflix Account. Eine Klimaanlage sorgt auch bei heißen Außentemperaturen für wohliges Befinden. Das angrenzende Bad ist mit einer Dusche, einem Waschtisch und einem WC ausgestattet. Sicherlich sehr schön ist der geräumige Süd Balkon.

Hi, I've been an AirBnb fan for some time and have only had good experiences. So, I also offer this apartment on AirBnb. If you want to go to the BVB game, we can get you tickets if necessary. The accommodation is 5 minutes from public transportation and has good highway connections in a beautiful setting and is suitable for couples, business travelers and families. Occasionally my kids come home and use one of the rooms. I'll let you know before you book.

A whole apartment is rented. The apartment is located in an apartment building on the 3rd floor in Borsigplatz (Do.- City center). There are many free parking options on our street, as well as on the neighboring streets. The city center of Dortmund is about 1 km away and can be reached super well by tram or on foot if you feel like stretching your legs. The flat is slightly bigger than 30m2 and comes with a living-/sleeping-area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole furniture is quite new and you can find all you need in here. Fast Wi-Fi is included, the bed is 1,40m x 2,00m and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 40" TV, which you can use for free. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!

We are renting out a total of approx. 25 m², quietly located apartment in Dortmund-Berghofen, close to Lake Phönix (by bus or car in 10 minutes). The A45 and A1 are 5 minutes away, and the city center is about 25 minutes (the night express also stops at our place / hourly). The stadium can be reached in 30 minutes. Restaurants, bakeries, shopping, etc. are within walking distance. Close by is the forest, ideal for mountain biking.
