Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Sighnaghi

Tekla and her brother were lovely hosts - we did a tour of the winery next door and they prepared a lovely bbq for us. Great views from the balcony across to the mountains. Also great wine and chacha from their winery. Beautiful part of the world.

Great stay. Sandro was very responsive and quite flexible with check in. The property is beautiful and welcoming with the only downside being the pool was not useable, however I’m assuming it is due to the time of year (September). Check in was a breeze and we really enjoyed our night in such a historical area. Thank you Sandro, we all hope to stay with you again!

The house was beautiful – full of character, with a stunning interior decorated with antique furniture and thoughtful details. I especially loved the peaceful courtyard with its lovely garden. What made the stay truly special was the on-site winery – it was fascinating to learn about the wine-making process right on the property, and the wine and craft beer were absolutely delicious. Communication with the host was excellent throughout – friendly, helpful, and very responsive. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Fantastic place to stay. The villa is huge, beautiful, clean, grand and kept in a great condition. We were a group of 8 and could possibly fit 8 more people. The pool is a highlight and such a relief after a long day out. Very conveniently located to Tbilisi. FYI, follow host’s directions to get to the house. Maia and Vano, that live on premises are the most warm and hospitable people. If we needed anything, they would go above an beyond. There may be water issues during your stay, but if you communicate these, the issue will be resolved in no time. Good kitchen and spectacular dining room. Backyard and its residents (doggies, turkeys (?)) are picturesque. Oh and the wine!!

Giga is always responsive and friendly. Thanks for accepting my last minute booking and being so helpful. She is also very funny, we had a good chat. 😁

It was good value for money. It was in the center, so it was convenient for getting around and shopping, and it was nice that it was an independent space with a guest-only entrance. I recommend it.

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was a relaxing and peaceful place. They even brought us a treat for breakfast in the morning. The kids loved playing in the yard. We definitely recommend!

I really enjoyed my home and would have loved to stay longer. The host is heartful and caring for you! It also felt very comfortable to have a kitchen next to my room for cooking! Although the host cooks excellent! The garden is full of fruits and you can always use what you want. As the room is on the ground floor you have to be prepared that it's possible to have a few insects in your room. All in all I can recommend the stay :)

Very beautiful view from the balcony, where you can have homade delicious (and huge!) breakfast for 20 lari per person and option to wash our clothes for 10 Lari. Owner speaks English and Russian and will write you back quickly. We had to do a little bit of searching for precise address but other than that everything was great. Thanks Anna.

The only worrying thing was with the exact address, but it's a problem with airbnb and after the host left the exact address in the description so now there's nothing to worry about. Рекомендую. Ana's guest house was very nice. We stayed two nights and enjoyed our time there. The apartment was clean and orderly, a shared space with two other guest rooms, although only one other was occupied during our stay. The view from the balcony was awesome and we enjoyed coffee at sunrise over the valley below. At night the stars are above and lights from city and villages below are like looking down on the stars. A great time and we can recommend.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It is a large, bright flat with a nice big balcony with a great view of the Caucasus. The bathroom is small but adequate. The kitchen is well equipped. Only the kettle needs to be replaced and a corkscrew was missing. All in all, however, we were very satisfied and are grateful for the kind hospitality.

Rooms clean and comfortable and the staff is amazing. Great mountain view.

We had a lovely stay at Iva’s place. The apartment was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and in a perfect location. Communication with the host was easy and friendly. Stayed for one night but love to visit again. Highly recommend

Very nice place to accommodate our large party. The local restaurants food was excellent and fantastic wine.

It was out fourth time in Reva's house. This time we came for three weeks and it wasn't enough!!! If you are looking for an quiet, peaceful, healing place- this is it! Amazing high level comfort, clean air, beautiful house and fruit trees in garden (the grapes are just fantastic!!!), total privacy and big private pool! Its kind a paradise especially if you come with kids (Revas is super kids friendly!!!). All our requests were fulfilled by best! We felt in love with this place. Revas and Fati became our good friends. I'm sure we will come next summer too! Thanks you dear Revas for an amazing vacation you made for us!

We spent an amazing time here. I would like to thank all the staff for going above and beyond for us! They were so helpful, kind and recommended amazing places around to visit or helping us communicate with local taxi drivers. The view was breathtaking, the room very tidy and neat. I recommend this place :) ! It was definitely an highlight from our journey here in Georgia !

This home is lovely. We hope to go back with friends as the hang-out spaces, both indoor and outdoor, are large and beautiful. There are several wineries, with restaurants, in walking distance. The kitchen is also huge and has everything needed for home cooking. The yard and vineyards are expansive, with beautiful views of the mountains. We really can't wait to stay here again.
