The home was in a perfect location. Great for large groups. The host was so accommodating. One of our guests forgot his wallet and the host had it mailed back to us free of charge. Highly recommend staying in this gorgeous home. Everything you need under one roof.

I wish every host were as responsive, accommodating, and thoughtful as he. I would highly recommend this penthouse condo! Perfect for a family vacation or trip for a few friends. Jacky was an amazing host and the house was lovely! We booked it for three nights and enjoyed our stay. We hosted a friends get-together in the city, and the location was convenient for everyone to get to. There was ample street parking and it was a safe area. It comfortably fit 25 people without a problem (and of course, it comfortably slept the three people who stayed there, myself included!) One thing that's important when throwing gatherings is the ability to have music. While it's usually a nightmare to connect to a full sound system, Jacky set this one up so all I had to do was connect it to the Whole House using Airplay on my phone, and instantly the vibes were set. This is HUGE for me as a gathering host. The pictures are a little different from what it actually is because I think some of the furniture is updated from when they last took photos. But that being said, I greatly preferred the furniture they have now compared to the actual photos from Airbnb. Finally, the house got so many compliments and at least four people said they wish they could buy the house itself. That's how tastefully decorated it is and how lovely the house overall is. We'd gladly book with Jacky again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well-appointed, beautiful home. The location was ideal for walking to local shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again when visiting the area!

The home was better than the description and exceeded our expectations. Great place for a family vacation. My family of 6 was very comfortable, had lots of room and enjoyed the great amenities. According to the kids, the only thing missing in the house was a second game controller for the video game system in the upper loft. Nevertheless, the kids found a way to make do with just one controller. Jenny & Yadira are very responsive, proactive hosts and a pleasure to work with. Email communication was always quick and clear. My family and I hope to return to this home again next year.

Our family had an amazing stay at Jeff and Bridget’s place. Home was beautiful with breathtaking lake views. Kitchen was full of high end appliances and great to cook home meals. Property was close to Northstar and Palisades which made driving to the resorts very easy. One thing to note is the garage is detached which might help families decide if they want park inside or outside. Loved our stay!

We had a terrific stay at this beautiful townhouse. It’s just as pictured. There was plenty of space for our two families (4 adults & 3 teens/tweens). There’s a grocery store (Raley’s O-N-E) just a few minutes away, and Northstar and downtown Truckee are both only a 10-minute drive. Appreciated that Ryan messaged a couple of times just to check in and make sure we didn’t need anything. (We didn’t.) Especially enjoyed the views, hot tub, and gas fireplace!

We had an amazing girls weekend to celebrate my 50th. We didn’t expect 2 snowy days in April but because of the comfort and location of the home, we pivoted and enjoyed long walks along the river and multiple dips in the hot tub! The home was fantastic, comfortable and very clean. The little market down the street was so convenient and allowed us to make wonderful meals together in the fully stocked kitchen. Can’t wait to come back!!
