Please note- property is located roughly 800 metres from the main road and is a 15 minutes drive away from the Sea Coach in Aberdeen, 15 minutes drive from the Sea Bird in Murray Town , 12 minutes drive from British Embassy and a 20 minutes drive away from Aberdeen/ Lumley Beach. INTERNET There is reliable high speed internet connectivity at the property. NUMBER OF ROOMS (3) The property futures 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. The primary bedroom has it own toilet and walk-in shower and futures a king size bed; a wardrobe; an air-conditioner unit and an electric fan. the second bedroom futures a double bed; a wardrobe; an air-condition unit and an electric fan. Likewise,the third bedroom also futures a double bed; a wardrobe; an air-condition unit and an electric fan. All three rooms have mosquito nets installed. ELECTRICITY SUPPLY : The main source of power supply to the property is the national power grid (EDSA). In the event of a power outage there is a standby electric generator at the property that provide emergency power. ONSITE PARKING - There is on-site parking for two vehicles at the property. HOUSE RULES: - Check-in time is 13:00pm and check-out is 11:00am. - Smoking is not allowed in the property. However, guests can smoke in the gazebo which is located in the garden area of the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property.

Austin’s place was just as advertised. His management team was very helpful all throughout our stay and their hospitality was excellent. I will recommend Austin’s place for a wonderful stay in Sierra Leone as it is a beautiful home away from home. My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa and wish to say a big thank you to all of Austin’s staff who made our trip/ vacation a memorable one. We will be back!

My husband and I stayed here for 12 days and we were so comfortable because the place was so clean and the staff were extremely helpful and responsive. They helped us with whatever we needed including assisting us with finding a car, and an event we had which was outside their job description, but they did it because they are very accommodating. I would be staying here every year I visit Freetown.

Had a good time at the house. Very quiet environment and has a good view of the environment. Everyone around was helpful. However, a little bit of work has to be done on the road leading to the house. I would love to visit again.

Ann Marie’s home is beautiful! It truly feels like a home. Her staff are very kind and helpful. The home is clean(our cleaner came every day) and tidy. Unfortunately due to the country wide power issue, it was difficult for us to get comfortable as the home rarely had power. There is a generator, but fuel is the responsibility of the guest and currently fuel is quite pricey, and this information was not disclosed in advance. Due to this power inconsistency it was extremely difficult for me to work(remotely) since the WiFi would not work without power. So, we decided it would be best to move to a place with 24/7 generator access with Inverter to ensure 24 hour power. However it is not the hosts fault that the entire country does not have reliable power. She did her best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She was responsive to our issues, professional, and kind. Under normal circumstances, this would be 5 star stay! I would definitely stay here again.

Usifu please is decent and quiet and it’s nice place in terms of transport and traffic I will advise anyone to go and see your self.

I stayed two times and really enjoyed it. Alpha was a great host. unfortunately the second time i stayed there turned out to be a big problem with electricity in the street. it was definitely not his mistake. but then Alpha and Alice kindly suggested me to stay somewhere else. I did, but I missed the great location, Tom the cat and Alpha's readiness to help! thank you for everything Alpha!
