Ahmed is a man of word. He will help you as much as he can and is fair. The house is in a great compound with a private beach. Egypt is as is, so be rational about what you expect. The house needs a few corrections, I am sure Ahmed will do them soon, to make it great.

A spacious living area features a combination of patterned and solid-colored sofas arranged around a central coffee table. Large windows with sheer curtains allow natural light to fill the room, which is accented by subtle ceiling lighting.

Thanks for Khaled for the nice hospitality and flexibility. Khaled is really a very nice and helpful guy. The photos describes the place well and the location is nice at which a lot of restaurants with a lot of varieties around the building also for the small shopping mall just very near to the stay. There is a special car parking for the flat underneath the building. A side sea view is good.

Staying at Mohamed's place(s) has been good in general: he and his father are really friendly people, always responsive through messages or calls (you can count on them). The greatest advantage has been able to check in late (was able to check in during previous stays at 1-2 AM) due to late flight arrivals and taking taxis. Appreciate that a lot, always been very convient to our situation... Also appreciate the fact that there are clean bedsheets and pillowcases provided.

A guest room is presented with two beds adorned in floral-patterned green bedding. Each bed has a pink pillow, and a bedside table stands beside one. Natural light filters through the large curtained window, highlighting the room's sleek tiled flooring.

It has been a great stay in this beautiful and well equipped apartment with sea view. Everything necessary was to hand. The neighbourhood is very lively and full of restaurants and bars, the apartment, however, is super quiet. Mahmoud has been a great host and even managed my unexpected night time arrival. I can only recommend booking his place. Thank you very much for a great (and first) stay in Alexandria!
