House vacation rentals in Sidi Bou Said

Die Wohnung entsprach genau den Fotos, war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und freundlich. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

Die Unterkunft von Martine ist einfach super! Martine ist eine tolle Gastgeberin - sehr offen und sehr hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich wie daheim. Die Unterkunft selber ist sehr groß und hat alle Annehmlichkeiten: elektrische Fensterheber, sehr gute Matratzen von hart bis weich, Kaffeemaschine, viele Steckdosen und Föhn, sehr viele Handtücher, viele Sitzgelegenheiten etc. Am schönsten ist die Galerie oben und die Einrichtung. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, man kann für 2-3 Euro an den Strand von la Marsa fahren und dort gibt es ganz viele Restaurants. Wir würden jederzeit dort wieder gerne wohnen!

Staying in this incredible house was a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils. Beyond that, the host, Dr. Nidhal, is an exceptionally busy person yet always available to assist guests, going above and beyond expectations. His hospitality truly enhances the stay. Although I’m not familiar with golf, I thoroughly enjoyed the vibrant and inspiring atmosphere surrounding the villa. Without a doubt, an outstanding experience 5/5!

Måste vara det bästa boendet vi varit på. Stort, rymligt och fräscht. Poolen är fantastisk. Har en jättemysig utesittning och en tennisplan. Huset är lika bra inne som ute och ligger i ett bra och central område nära till mycket. Värden var väldigt tillmötesgående och flexibel och hjälpte oss med mycket. Rekommenderar starkt!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch zentral, ideal für Ausflüge und Erholung. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und schnell. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Jederzeit gerne wieder

logement très agréable. conforme à l'annonce. Calme car voie sans issue. Des petites attentions à notre arrivée permettent de se restaurer et désaltérer en arrivant. hôte très réactif lorsque nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude. la piscine est très agréable et bien chauffée. Possibilité de se rendre en ville à 5 min de marche où l'on retrouve magasins et restaurants. J'y retournerai sans problème. la literie est peut-être à revoir.

Que dire de Thouraya et son adorable mari ! ils ont été disponibles tout le temps pour nous faire découvrir ce magnifique pays qu'est la Tunisie, nous avons été invités à prendre le Petit déjeuner au bord de la piscine, ils n'ont on emmené visiter la marsa, ils nous ont même emmené à l'aéroport ! tout est à proximité, la maison est top on s'y sent comme à la maison je recommande vivement et je reviendrai c'est certain !!!! merci encore pour votre gentillesse ❤️

Samia's house is a great and peaceful place to stay for longer time. Everything was clean, the whole apartment is spacious. My fiancée and I feel at home there.

La propreté du studio était irréprochable. Mr Hichem était très à l’écoute. Il répondait rapidement à toutes nos questions et il s’est montré disponible tout au long de notre séjour. À refaire 🩷

We had a great stay in Dodi’s place, he was super friendly, responsive and helpful. Sidi Bou Said is fantastic.

Très bon séjour dans l’appartement de Mohamed Ali. Ons, le co-hôte a été très disponible et réactif. L’appartement est agréable à vivre avec ses 3 chambres et ses 2 espaces salon. C’est calme et proche de tout.

Hele fijne werkplek, heel prive, en erg groot, in de villawijk van Carthage tussen de ambassades. Met citroen en sinaasappelboom in de tuin. Ik vond het een rustige en goede uitvalsbasis voor de stad. Ik had bij vragen snel contact gehad met de host. Het is geen nieuw gebouw.. Als ik weer een paar dagen zou willen werken en ontspannen in Tunesie zou ik hier graag weer verblijven, ook om de lieve hond weer te aaien. ps: Het is in de buurt van het presidentiele paleis. Toen ik aankwam werd ik uitgebreid ondervraagd door de politiepost en militairen daar. ik zou iedereen adviseren om niet helemaal naar het huis te navigeren maar om de hoek uit te stappen bij het tankstation.

Ahmed et son père sont des hôtes très accueillants et très arrangeants sur l'horaire d'arrivée. L'appartement correspondait parfaitement à sa description et le quartier était paisible. Nous reviendrons!

Excellent accueil. Amir est très prévenant et fait tout pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Ce (tout) petit studio, très bien équipé, est situé dans le meilleur quartier de La Marsa, à 50 m de la plage et à quelques minutes à pied de tous les commerces.

Atef was a great host, very responsive. The apartment was comfortable and I felt safe at all hours. The location was very convenient for the activities that I had planned and was on just off of the main street where the public bus runs.

Logement conforme à la description.. Appartement très propre. Hôte sympathique et très réactif qui a répondu favorablement à nos demandes.

Youssef nous a proposé de nous récupérer à l'aéroport, et a été de bons conseils durant tout le trajet. C'est un hôte très accueillant et sympathique. Le logement est très proche des commerces et de la gare de Marsa plage, qui permet de rejoindre facilement Carthage et Sidi Bou Said. ( Des travaux sur la voie rendent l'accès à Tunis beaucoup moins facile en ce moment) Nous recommandons ce logement

Great villa. 3 large bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms (although one bathroom had a nasty smell which we kept closed all the time; did not cause any problems to us). Overall, very clean and modern villa. Aziz’s son-in-law who lives on the second floor was extremely helpful. He was very professional and one of the best hosts I met. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool; it was a bit cold in April. The pool was clean and it had Jacouzi. The waterfall in the swimming pool didn’t work. Villa has a remote controlled gated driveway that could easily accommodate 2 cars which was a bonus as we rented a car from the airport. Overall, great stay, very responsive host and we would come again.

Un grand merci à Naïma pour sa très grande disponibilité et ses rapides réponses et à sa sœur Hayfa pour l'accueil chaleureux qu'elle nous a réservé tout au long de notre séjour.. Nous sommes touchées par tant de prévenance et de gentillesse qui nous font apprécier notre premier voyage en Tunisie. Nos demandes ont toujours été accueillies avec promptitude. Tout le long du séjour, nous nous sommes senties chez nous , ma sœur et moi et avons profité de la quiétude du logement pourvu en tout et décoré avec goût. L'environnement populaire est très respectueux et les commerçants avenants et honnêtes. C'est une adresse que nous retiendrons lors de nos prochains voyages et que nous recommandons certainement aux futurs visiteurs.

J ai beaucoup apprécié le calme et l intimité de la résidence qui est au coeur du centre ville. L apparemment était très bien aménagé et très confortable . Je remercie la disponibilité et l accueil du gérant qui a était tres reactif malgré ma réservation tardive .

Un bon séjour

i had an absolutely amazing and fantastic stay at host's Mr mourad place. the location was perfect, safe, and close to many amenities. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated and so clean. everything you could think about you may need is there. very nice little entrance with fresh plants and flower I was enjoying my little coffee in there . honestly everything exceeds my expectations it was a beautiful memorial stay and recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a peaceful stay and safe environment. I also recommend the luxury of the beauty salon just next door where you can have the best beauty treat relax and unwind in the hammam and relax. absolutely amazing experience with a warm welcoming of the host Mr mourad and who was responding to my needs and responding on time . thanks host I will be back definitely inshallah extremely happy and convinced that I make my best choice selecting this place.
