Highly recommended for people who expect privacy. It’s a modest but Clean and comfortable apartment. All things in descrption were found inside although it takes a bit time to guess for example how to turn on THE washing machine ,THE oven or warm Water. Instructions from Valentina are however clean. You can chill outside with beautiful view of perfectly maintained garden and sea view . THE biggest plus is also Access to beautiful pool, water is clean and its pretty big, circa 18 metres of length. Valentina is very caring person and despite not being present in Calabria , she gives all details about check in, house rules , places to visit, where to eat or buy local cheese. That was very helpful for us and I’m sure without her tips we would be unaware of many things around.

The place is a quiet corner surrounded by the green hills with a fantastic view that includes the view of Stromboli and Etna. Sitting under the loggia sitting on the armchairs or lying on one of the sun loungers at sunset is wonderful. The location is located about 20 minutes from the sea of Capovaticano and Tropea and 10 minutes from the enchanting beach of Coccorino, it is furnished in an essential but very nice way and the outdoor patio is really nice and useful. Adele is really hospitable and helpful, we will return to this place that for us was truly magical.

Louisa's house and hosting were both outstanding. The view was even better than shown in photos with beautiful sunsets, a differt one each day, over Stromboli island. Portable fans were welcome as one of the bedrooms and the living room had no mosquito nets and it got very stuffy with windows closed at night. The living room and the tarrace were great places to relax and sunbathe. Both bathrooms and the kitchen area were well maintained and had all the essentials. However if you'd like to keep things private would recommend renting the other unite as well. The host was extremely helpful, quick to respond and gave us nice restaurants recommendations. Would definitely recommend as we consider coming back there ourselves.

Great Family Family Family Living My group of friends and I loved the place offered by Mike and Nerissa. The cottage has all the necessary comforts for short and long-term stays. The highlights of the property are definitely the sea view, the outdoor garden for outdoor meals, and the proximity to the free beach. Highly recommended!!!

Lidia's house is great, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has 2 terraces. Also, the pool is a plus of the accommodation, it is great to be able to cool down just a short walk from the house. Lidia was very attentive to us, she answered very quickly to everything we asked and recommended restaurants and beaches nearby to know. The only thing he doesn't have is ref wifi but for us that was no problem. We were very quiet in the unit, it has supermarkets nearby and the beaches, by car, are very close. We loved staying here, I would definitely recommend this place. The host is a 10!

A little piece of paradise in Calabria! We loved our family stay in the very pretty house of Concetta and Nicola in which we immediately felt very comfortable. The house is very nicely decorated, welcoming, bright, peaceful, surrounded by hills and with a beautiful sea view! And impeccably clean, which was very important to us. Everything was made available to us (linens, essentials, welcome gifts and fresh eggs!) by Concetta and Nicola who were extremely warm and available. We have excellent memories of this stay and highly recommend this listing, go without a second thought! A big thank you again to Concetta and Nicola from the five of us!

Marisa's welcome was as warm as the sunset from the apartment: Spectacular! Very available in everything, courteous and attentive to details. The apartment is brand new, super cozy and equipped with everything, not far from the strategic bridges but located in a quiet place where you can spend nice evenings in relaxation. Unforgettable Vancanza!
