great place, amazing views. little bit noisy, chickens and dogs etc at night, but if you're going out in the hills in Bali is to be expected. staff were very helpful and friendly. johni was very accomodating and ensured our stay went smoothly. great place to relax and take in the views and cook BBQ with friends. the downstairs kitchen has lots of utensils and plates etc. would recommend they have a few more upstairs in the main kitchen. also a sponge / cloth for washing up would be good also. but in general highly recommend this place

A beautiful house in a quiet area. Sparkling clean and all you need is there. Pure comfort, yet feeling like you're all set. Being able to rest wonderfully!

We only stayed 1 night because the location is super handy from the place we're aiming to go for an event (Nuanu), but from just 1 night we are already thinking to stay longer the next time we visit Nyanyi beach again. The staff are super friendly and very helpful, we also got some passion fruits fresh from the garden to bring home as gifts.

What a GEM this place is! I was amazed by the size of the trees in the forest the house overlooks. They are at least 200 years old! The house beautifully integrates design, sophistication and nature. There’s even a river in the land, and I loved sleeping to the soothing sounds of water flowing. The staff is 10/10, and the bed is really comfortable. 100% recommend!

Great place if you want to escape the tourist side of bali and really feel like apart of the true bali way of life, surrounded by rice fields with the view of the mountain when driving up the road. Was a lovely place to chill, had a nice outside space of with comfy cushions and lamps and a lovely water feature with fish. Mrs Elma was wonderful aswell, very helpful and all round lovely. The host provided some great recommendations and had great communication. Loved our time spent here away from the hustle and bustle but also never too far away from lots to do. Would definitely stay again!

The house has an exquisite decoration and the pool is very fun for little kids since they have a wide area to walk and the temperature of the water is perfect. There are many mosquitos around since the house has a little river very close but the host provided anti mosquitos lotion and it was worthy enjoying such a beautiful place despite of the itching.

The building is quite new, clean, and pretty spacious. We had great communication with the host. He's very helpful. The pool is small but still clean. The AC is cold. They have it everywhere. They don't have TV but there's a projector. Sadly when it's noon, we can't watch it clearly because of the sunlight. Other than that it's great stay.

BY FAR the best villa I've ever been to, it has a very special atmosphere and you feel extremely safe. I have to praise the team very much for their work, always ready to help if you want something, security that lets you relax without worries and super nice staff. I have never experienced anything like this and can't wait until I go on vacation in Ubud Bali next time to book this villa again and for longer. Many thanks also to Putu. I lost the house key in the taxi. He made sure that the taxi driver I got through an app returned the key and I did not bear any costs. Everything was great from accommodation, view, team. I am just speechless and recommend everyone who is here in the area to book this villa. You will definitely not regret it! Thank you for everything, best team & Mr. Putu!

Besides having the absolute best and most comfortable bed out of any Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at, the place is so cute and cozy. The out door layout of the kitchen/patio makes the place feel really big. Walkable location to downtown Ubud, overall the place is perfect for long and short term stays. The hosts are also so kind and responsive, they brought me fresh fruit twice which was completely unexpected and appreciated . I would be back in a heart beat.

This is amazing place) Host is kind, polite and attentive. Every our messages were answered fast. We have good regular cleaning. This house is located 15 min from the beach, and there is a calm atmosphere. Moreover, we had beautiful view to the mountains. I can highly recommend this place for staying!

I stayed at this Airbnb for two months, and it was honestly such a great spot for a long-term stay. The location is perfect—super close to everything but still on a quiet street surrounded by beautiful rice fields, which made it feel really peaceful. I loved hanging out on the balcony, just enjoying the nature vibes. There is a daily cleaning service, and the host was always super quick to respond whenever I needed something. If you're looking for a chill, convenient place to stay, I totally recommend it!

Really nice place to stay Clean + the host is super responsive

To start with I arrived late night and it was very easy to find the place, self checkin was available. The place located in a lovely area in front of a river, very close to restaurants and cafes. And it’s just 5-10 minutes by a bike to all places in Canggu. There is a shared kitchen, very well equipped and maintained clean all the time. Personnel is always there ready to help, very nice and kind people. As for rooms, they are facing sunny side so it’s always bright inside, though might be a bit hot on the 3rd floor as A/C isn’t too powerful. Cleaning is every day. WiFi was good enough to work and take conference calls with video. The only cons there is construction nearby, they start around 8-9 am and it’s quite noisy, especially if you stay in the rooms atop the kitchen. They are somewhere in the middle of it, so I guess in 2-3 months it should be over.

Bin is everything everyone says about him in his great reviews. A genuinely kind person. His driver could not pick me up from the airport so he came himself. The place is very clean. I know some people are concerned about bugs and/or geckos when they come to Bali. You will not find even a nat in this place. And I never had a problem with mosquitoes in the outside area. Bin is an artsy guy and I love how colorful he has made his places which he has done all himself...painting the furniture, flower pots and hanging the artwork. I had looked at so many places on Airbnb that were just so boring and standard with white walls and nothing hanging on them. Not this place. It's very artsy, warm and I love all the greenery ...and don't even get me started on that carved front door! Amazing. I will be back in a few weeks to stay in his other unit and am looking forward to it. And I almost forgot to mention how kind Bin was to help me get my phone back after I absentmindedly left it in a grab car.

The perfect place for a relaxing stay! We stayed here and absolutely loved it! The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay—super clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details. It’s a two-story home with a mini-balcony inside. Two air conditioners keep both floors at the perfect temperature. One of my favorite things is the abundance of windows, making the space feel bright and airy all day long. The natural light creates such a warm and inviting atmosphere. Another great feature is the huge TV—perfect for connecting a laptop and enjoying your favorite movies on the big screen. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help. They even arranged a motorbike rental for us in no time, delivering it straight to the house, which was super convenient. If you're looking for a clean, spacious, and cozy place where every little detail is well thought out—I highly recommend it!
