Petite famille de 4 français, nous avons passé 2 nuits. Logement fonctionnel, nous avons apprécié sa proximité avec le vieux centre, les instructions claires (vidéo) pour s'y retrouver dans les ruelles, et les 2 chambres fermées. Par contre difficile de garer une voiture à proximité et vue moyenne sur les toits.

Home with the view

If yould want to spend some days in Split, this appartement has to be known. I begin by the ( little )bad points. The area is safe but it is not the nicer place of Split. But it is the case of all place in thid city exept the most exeptional ones. I recommand to use Uber/Bolt instead of bus to go in the Center. . And forget car. No carplace. The course take 5 minutes waiting time included and cost 3 to 5 Euros for 4 people. The flat is at the 4th floor but it is clearly mentionned. All others points are over our expectations or the avergage of others flats we had in the past. Thank you Katarina.

Wir haben uns gefühlt, wie in einem Neubau als Erstbezug 😃, so neu und sauber war es. Es war wirklich sehr schön, alles tip top, modern, gemütlich und vorallem wirklich ruhig. Wir haben nichts von anderen mitbekommen. Also echt total ruhig!!! Kate war sehr sehr nett!

The apartment is right within the walls of diocletians palace. Can be a bit loud at night if the windows are open, but if closed you can barely tell you’re in the middle of it all! The place was clean and comfortable, with AC, and bikes which is nice! It is small, but perfect for 2 people. I would advise that there are stairs to the bed though, so not suitable for those that have accessibility needs. Was perfect for my fiancé and I, on our nights in split! I would stay again!

We loved our stay at this apartment! The location is amazing, right in the heart of the city with restaurants, cafés, sights and supermarkets nearby. The view from the kitchen windos was incredible. It was super clean and had everything we needed. Our hosts were super friendly and provided us with lots of recommendations for our stay. As mentioned in the description of the place, you need to climb a lot of stairs to reach the apartment and since it's right underneath the roof, super tall people will have problems standing up in some corners. That didn't bother us though and we would come back anytime!

Our stay at Dino’s place was fantastic! Communication was super smooth – Dino replied quickly and was always helpful. The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Split, ideal for exploring the Old Town, Diocletian’s Palace, and nearby restaurants. Everything was spotless and well-equipped: modern A/C units in every room, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, two TVs, and extra blankets. A special touch was Dino’s welcome with water, tea, coffee, sweets, and a helpful guidebook full of local tips and recommendations. Highly recommended!

Thank you so much Duje! We had the most lovely weeks stay, prime location, close to everything! Pizza next door was awesome! And short walk into town and port. The place was so clean and such a lovely space, tucked around the corner just off the street allowed a nice element of privacy without being far from the action. Duje was so helpful on arrival with check in and gave loads of local recommendations and advice. Just what you need, especially when having not visited before. Highly recommend this clean, modern and practical space. Thank you again. See you next time!

Dea and Tonci were very helpful and let us leave our bags in the flat 4 hours before check-in, allowing us to explore the beautiful old town in the morning. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The best thing about this apartment is the location. We were 5 minutes away from the old town and could easily walk everywhere. Would definitely recommend!!

L’appartement est parfait, fidèle à sa description. Tina est une hôte très gentille, accueillante, souriante ! La vue du balcon est tout simplement magnifique lors des couchés de soleil (vue sur la mer) L’emplacement est bien, à 10min de marche de la mer, il y a une épicerie sur le chemin et une place privée pour une voiture.

Ubytovanie bolo neďaleko pláže 10 minút chôdze. Apartmán bol veľkosťou prijateľný útulné zariadený. Bolo v ňom uplne všetko čo sme potrebovali. Deťom chýbalo wifi 😀. Balkón a klíma bolo veľké plus. Parkovacie miesto bolo pred bytovkou označené nikto vám ho neobsadi.

Kristina’s place was very cozy and perfect for 2 people. Location was walking distance to the old town of Split and near by beaches. She provided great local food recommendations for every price point and had great communication throughout the stay. I would highly recommend staying here and would book with her again for future trips.

As others have said, it's a small place, but that suited us fine. It's clean and cosy, and and with easy access to various places in and around Split, especially with your own car. The main thing is the host: Kristian (Kiki) is Ivanka's son and is exactly how others have described him: super friendly and helpful. This is what AirBnB is meant to be, with people like him who do all they can to make your stay a good one. Would definitely stay at one of their places again if back in Split.

Wir sind unendlich froh das wir uns für diese Villa entschieden haben. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Das komplette Haus ist extrem sauber und hygienisch. Die Ausstattung ist Top!!! Sehr stilvoll. In der Küche ist alles zum kochen da. Es fehlt nichts an Küchenutensilien. Ivana hat sich über jedes Detail Gedanken gemacht. Sie hat uns sehr herzliche Empfangen. Hat ein Tisch mit Kalten Getränken / hausgemachten Wein und Gebäck + Obst vorbereitet. Sie ist sehr sehr freundlich und sympathisch. War jederzeit für uns da. Von der Terrasse hatten wir einen traumhaften Ausblick direkt aufs Meer. Das Meer ist zu fuß in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Abends haben wir das Pool immer genutzt. Dieser Ort ist zum ausruhen Perfekt. Es gibt nichts womit wir unzufrieden waren. Ich kann dieses tolle Haus nur weiterempfehlen!!! Trogir ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Abends ist es sehr schön da. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu fuß in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit in ihrem Haus. Liebe Grüße Özlem

Josips lejlighed er nærmest pænere end på billederne og vi har været virkelig tilfredse. Lejligheden var virkelig ren og meget pæn. Der var højt til luftet og den var meget rummelig hvilket virkede luftigt. Den har alt man behøver, og i køkkenet var der endda både olie, eddike osv. Josips familie var meget venlige, søde og hjælpsomme ved det mindste og de var utrolig imødekommende. AC virkede så fint men lejligheden var i sig selv kølig og luftig, så vi ikke altid behøvede at anvende AC. Stor og rummelig sofa. Der er en anelse langt til de gode strande ved Okrug hen over bjerget, ca. 20 min. Dog også for os en dejlig tur. Der findes derudover både båd, bus og Uber. Der var kun 5-6 min. gå gang til den fantastiske gamle by Trogir ca. 12 min. til busstationen. Alt i alt havde vi et rigtigt dejligt ophold hos Josip. Tak for denne gang til Josip og hans familie.

Wir haben uns bei Martina/Marijo super wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war erstklassig mit einer grandiosen Aussicht von der Dachterrasse. Marijo war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Ein super Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
