It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. Leaving the apartment you immediately get to the promenade with a huge number of bars, restaurants and tourist shops. The apartment has two air conditioners, free Wi-Fi, and a barbecue on the terrace. The complex has a swimming pool.

As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury.
