I like working with Jib Jib. If you need help with something, she is very responsive and at all other times lets you settle in and feel right at home in complete privacy. Independent check-in and check out are made very easy. Bangsaen is one of the best-kept secrets for a complete change of scene and pace right nearby Bangkok. Foreigners feel very welcomed but it's also a much more authentically Thai resort compared to some locations that are overrun with tourists.

小学生以下の子ども二人の四人家族で利用しました。　 部屋は十分に広く、寝る場所は1部屋余るくらいでした。 途中色々とありましたが、そのたびにホストに素早く対応していただけました。 1階にスタッフの方が常駐しているのか分かりませんが、夜にも対応していただけて嬉しかったです。 また利用したいです。 ありがとうございました。

Good stay

End unit, you can see the ocean from the balcony. Good AC and plenty of parking. Close walking distance to many restaurants and bars.

Place was very clean, comfortable bed, check in easy and host was very helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Great place in great location. The palm is a lovely property on Wongamat beach (North of Pattaya) with direct access to the beach and great pool and amenities. This condo has a nice view and all the amenities needed. Definitely recommend it to others. There are a couple of restaurants down the road for breakfast and lunch, and there are a couple of family marts (convenience stores) just across the road. If you want to get into the city center, you will need a taxi or car - download the Grab app or get a taxi outside about 300m from the condo. The taxis don't run on meters in Pattaya, so getting a Grab is sometimes more convenient and cheaper.

Jarvis is a great host. The actual room was immaculate. It had plenty of utensils, plates cutlery etc. More than most places provide! He responded very quickly towards any questions I had. One thing to note is the walls can be thin, so there isn't great soundproofing. I was hearing noises from neighbors but it was NOTHING to do with Jarvis' rental. I understand he has no control over who stays in the rooms nearby! Other than that, couldn't recommend this price any higher 🙏🏽

View yes was definitely amazing. unfortunately thats were it ended for the price you can get 5 star accommodation yes not that view. The beds hard as usual in accommodation in most of Thailand why I don't know. Unit lacked ambiance with its dated furniture and wasted space some doors squeaked some handls missing some piece coming of bathroom door to belcony not much utensils no cutting knife belcony floors dirty belcony glass never been cleaned lacked comfortable out door furniture with cushions more information on rubbish removing use of TV also bathroom bin had used condoms in it. unfortunately I wouldn't stay again or recommend this place to my friends and family..

Really, Great place. Great Host. Amazed with their top notch checkin and checkout Experience. One of the Best pools in the city. What we looked on the photo was actually there.

Apartment has all required things and setup. Host is quite helpful and responsive. Beach,walking street, budhha hill all are in walking distace which made my holidays quite nice.

Really nice apartment with enough space. Easy check in with step by step instructions. Every time I needed help, the host answered quick and tried to find a solution for me. I enjoyed my stay and the price was worth it

Our stay in Sri Racha in Kedkanok's place was wonderfull ! We found the place in good order having everything that You need ! even found water , some snaks and some soft drinks ! good location , walking distance to the malls! You will find restaurants and markets just as You go outside the building ! i would stay again If i will ever come back to Sri racha !

Har bott på Riviera Jomtien flera gånger och jag älskar byggnaden! Rummet är rent och fint, inget att klaga på. Värden är dock långsam med att svara. Och boknings kalendern på AirBnB stämmer inte med den egentliga tillgängligheten för värdens rum. Två gånger har det hänt mig att Dan’s rum har sett tillgängligt ut, men sedan, efter många många timmars väntan fått reda på att det redan är bokat! Inte speciellt professionellt…

Sirinuch was super kind and always ready to reply my messages, the place is perfect for a couple with a great view, wonderful pool and gym, so we decide to extend our staying. great 👍

nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Jittrapa. aucun défaut dans le logement, un endroit calme et sécurisé. en 15 minutes en taxi nous avons visité l'île flottante Koh Loi et l'île Koh Sichang, c'est 2 endroits sont magnifiques et vraiment pas cher. j'espère revenir dans le logement de Jittrapa.
