It is an old house "Kashinoya" in Kai-shi, Yamanashi Prefecture. The oak tree sits south of the building because the ancestors watched and supported this ancestral home. The warehouse in the building can be used as a dining space. You can use it for remote work and gatherings during your stay. Please also cook in the kitchen space and have a wonderful time listening to warm music from the good old speakers (which will be charged separately). The building, which hadn't been used for a while, was the main production of Taisho, Showa, and raw silk. To the north, it is a scenic area surrounded by Mt. Yatsugatake, Mt.
