This retro 1960's beach house is the perfect retreat for a lazy coastal getaway. It has 2 bedrooms (queen beds), a TV room (with a queen sofa bed) a sun room, a large bathroom & an external laundry (with washer, dryer & toilet). There is an open fire, deep bath & new air conditioning. A 5 minutes' level walk to the beautiful Shoalhaven River & a few more minutes' to the surf beach. Our small township is surrounded by river, ocean & national parks, with an abundance of trees & bird life.

Haven is a newly built accomodation and is ideal for a peaceful stay. It is located on a property on the Shoalhaven River with a serene view of green pastures and historic Coolangatta Mountain across the road. Its a short stroll along the river to Seven Mile Beach Shoalhaven Heads and a 10 minute drive to Berry or Gerringong townships. The property has the owners house on the same block but you may access shared areas such as the river front and private jetty.

Welcome to your lovely four bedroom, three bathroom home "By The River". Your home is located directly on the Shoalhaven River and a 300 metre walk along the sand to Seven Mile Beach. From the living room and terrace you have beautiful views of the river, beach and the Pacific Ocean.
